摘要:
It is an object to provide a capacitor layer forming material useful for a printed wiring board with a substrate of fluorine resin, liquid-crystal polymer or the like, which is fabricated by hot-pressing at 300 to 400° C., and showing no deterioration in strength after the hot-pressing. In order to achieve the object, the capacitor layer forming material, comprising a first electroconductive layer used for forming an upper electrode and second electroconductive layer used for forming a lower electrode with a dielectric layer in-between for a printed wiring board, has the second electroconductive layer made of a composite foil comprising a copper layer coated with one or more layers of, plated hard nickel, plated cobalt and plated nickel/cobalt alloy.

A negative electrode for a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary cell includes a current collector an, formed on a surface or both surfaces thereof, an active material structure containing an electroconductive material with a low capability of forming a compound with lithium, and the active material structure includes 5% to 80% by weight of active material particles containing a material having a high capability for forming a compound with lithium. The active material structure can include an active material layer containing the active material particles and a surface-covering layer on the active material layer.

Disclosed is a negative electrode for a nonaqueous secondary battery comprised of a current collector and an active material structure containing an electro-conductive material having low capability of forming a lithium compound on at least one side of the current collector, the active material structure containing 5 to 80% by weight of active material particles containing a material having high capability of forming a lithium compound. The active material structure preferably has an active material layer containing the active material particles and a surface coating layer formed on the active material layer.

An anode for a nonaqueous secondary battery comprising a current collector having formed thereon a first covering layer containing tin, a tin alloy, aluminum or an aluminum alloy and a second covering layer containing a metal having low capability of forming a lithium compound in that order. The anode may have an additional first covering layer formed on the second covering layer. A covering layer containing a copper etc. may be formed as an uppermost layer. Each layer can be formed by heat treating to get desired property. As heat treatment can be done in a short time, it has a great cost merit.

An object of the invention is to provide a method for continuously producing electrodeposited copper foil while thiourea-decomposed products remaining in copper electrolyte are removed through activated carbon treatment. Another object is to provide high-resistivity copper foil obtained through the method. The present invention further provides an electrodeposition apparatus including a path for circulating a copper sulfate solution, whereby in said path is provided a filtration means for removal of thiourea-decomposed products remaining in copper electrolyte.

An apparatus according to the present invention removes printing material from a recording member on which an image is recorded by the printing material. The apparatus includes a releasing member and a separation member. The releasing member comes into pressure contact with the recording member and adheres to the printing material on the recording member. The separation member separates the recording member from the releasing member at a separation point and releases the printing material from the recording member by bending the releasing member and the recording member in mutually opposite directions so as to make the radius of curvature of the recording member smaller than the radius of curvature of the releasing member.

An image forming apparatus for forming a latent image by image exposure on an image bearing member which is charged by a charge brush of a charging device, and developing the latent image by a developing device, transferring the developed image on a sheet, and cleaning the residual toner on the image bearing member by the developing device. The rotational brush rotates in such a direction that a contacting portion of the brush with the image bearing member moves in the same direction as a moving direction of a surface of the image bearing member, and is provided to satisfy the following condition:20.ltoreq.(N).sup.2 /t.ltoreq.35,wherein N is a contact nip width between the charging brush and the image bearing member and t is a thickness of the charging brush.

An apparatus for removing printing material from a recording member on which an image is recorded by the printing material is provided with a releasing member and a separating device. The releasing member has a plane surface with which the surface of the recording member recorded with the printing material comes into contact. The releasing member moves to a predetermined direction with the recording member held thereon. The separating device is disposed on the plane surface of the releasing member for separating the recording member from the releasing member. A separation line between the releasing member and the recording member is angled with respect to the front end of the recording member.
