    摘要: There is provided an intake air amount control system for an internal combustion engine, which controls the amount of intake air by executing both cam phase control and valve lift control, and is capable of enhancing response and accuracy of the intake air amount control, while avoiding interaction between the cam phase control and the valve lift control. In the intake air amount control system 1, an ECU 2 controls the amount of intake air according to a target valve lift Liftin_cmd and a target cam phase Cain_cmd.     摘要: It is an object to provide a surface-treated electro-deposited copper foil which has a low profile at a level equal to or excellent than that of low-profile surface-treated electro-deposited copper foils that have conventionally been supplied to the market and in which waviness affecting the straight line performance of wiring is small, and a method for manufacturing the same. In order to achieve this object, in the surface-treated electro-deposited copper foil, the maximum waviness height (Wmax) of the bonding surface to be bonded with an insulation layer-constituting material to be 0.05 μm to 0.7 μm, the maximum peak to valley height (PV) to be 0.05 to 1.5 μm, and the surface roughness (Rzjis) to be 0.1 μm to 1.0 μm. The electro-deposited copper foil used for the manufacturing of this surface-treated electro-deposited copper foil is manufactured by using a sulfuric acid base copper electrolytic solution obtained by adding 3-mercapto-1-propanesulfonic acid or bis(3-sulfopropyl)disulfide, a quaternary ammonium salt polymer having a cyclic structure, and chlorine, and using a cathode having small surface roughness, under electrolysis conditions of carrying out continuous first-step electrolysis to n-th-step electrolysis at two or more different levels of electric current density.

    摘要: A solenoid-operated valve for use in an internal combustion engine has a valve body movable upwardly for closing an exhaust or intake passage and movable downwardly for opening the exhaust or intake passage, a valve stem extending upwardly from the valve body, a pair of upper and lower solenoids spaced from each other in an axial direction of the valve stem and confronting each other vertically, the valve stem extending through the upper and lower solenoids, a movable plate mounted on the valve stem and disposed between the solenoids, the movable plate being movable between the solenoids to cause the valve stem to open and close the valve body in response to being magnetically attracted by the solenoids, a first spring for normally biasing the valve body to open the exhaust or intake passage, and a second spring for normally biasing the valve body to close the exhaust or intake passage against the first spring. The first spring has a resilient force greater than a resilient force of the second spring. The movable plate is positioned between an intermediate position between the upper and lower solenoids and the lower solenoid when the valve body biased by the first and second springs is in equilibrium.

    摘要: A bearing housing of a capstan motor, for supporting a rotating shaft of the capstan motor. The housing is formed from sheet metal and has a flange member, a housing body extending from the flange member in an axial direction of the rotating shaft and a deep recess for exposing the rotating shaft. The housing also has a bearing collar made of metal mounted on the housing body for rotatably supporting the rotating shaft. This collar has a flange portion which abuts against an inside surface of the housing body and another portion press-fitted with a mounting hole formed through said housing body. A mounting board is mounted on one surface of the flange member and a motor board is mounted on another surface of the flange member. A component mounted on the mounting board is protected from interference by an escape portion on the flange member.
