The present invention relates to a solar cell module which is characterized in that: a light-transmitting elastomer member and a solar cell element are arranged in a space between a panel of a transparent member upon which sunlight is incident and a panel of a thermally conductive member which is arranged on the side opposite to the sunlight incidence side in such a manner that the light-transmitting elastomer member is closer to the sunlight incidence side; and the solar cell element is pressed by the light-transmitting elastomer member toward the panel of a thermally conductive member so that the solar cell element is compression bonded thereto. This solar cell module is most suitable as a solar cell module that has excellent heat dissipation of a cell, the temperature of which is increased due to sunlight or a hot spot, and a structure that suppresses the production cost.

By using the nozzle, even if a distal end portion of the quartz glass burner, namely the nozzle is broken by contact with a workpiece or the like, it is enough to only replace the broken nozzle with a new one without a necessity for replacing the entire expensive quartz glass burner. The present invention relates to a positive active material for a rechargeable lithium battery and a rechargeable lithium battery including the same. The positive active material includes an active compound that can intercalate/deintercalate lithium ions, and a bismuth (Bi)-based compound on the surface of the active compound. The bismuth (Bi)-based compound in the positive active material of the present invention decreases resistance against acid generated around a positive active material, and plays a role of suppressing structural change of the positive active material and its reaction with an electrolyte solution and preventing dissolution of transition elements therein. Accordingly, the positive active material of the present invention can improve storage and cycle life characteristics at a high temperature. In addition, it can increase charge and discharge, cycle life, and rate characteristics of a rechargeable lithium battery as well as improve mobility of lithium ions in the electrolyte solution.
