    摘要: Disclosed is a lightweight aluminum based alloy that is high in strength and elongation properties at high temperatures of around 200° C. to 300° C. and has excellent workability in hot working. Disclosed also is a heat-resistant aluminum based alloy excellent in wear resistance and rigidity. Specifically, an aluminum based alloy contains, in terms of percent by mass, 5% to 10% of Mn; 0.5% to 5% of V; 0.5% to 5% of Cr; 0.5% to 5% of Fe; 1% to 8% of Si; 0.5% to 5% of Ni, with the balance being aluminum and inevitable impurities. The aluminum based alloy has a structure including 35 to 80 percent by volume of an intermetallic compound phase with the balance being an aluminum metal matrix.

    摘要: A portable belt sander having a drive pulley capable of being produced at a limited period. The sander includes a main body accommodating therein a motor, a drive shaft rotationally driven by the motor, a drive pulley coupled to the drive shaft, a driven shaft, and an endless polishing belt mounted between the drive pulley and the driven pulley. The drive pulley includes a base section coupling the drive shaft and made from a rigid material, and an outer low hardness section made from an elastomer material and disposed over an outer peripheral surface of the base section and integrally therewith by injection molding. Mating surfaces between the base section and the outer section are irregularly formed.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a device (such as guidewire inserter) for easily and certainly inserting a medical long item having a curved tip into a tube such as catheter and sheath. The guidewire inserter is a tubular member having therein a bore for passage of a guidewire. The tubular member has a slit cutting across the wall thereof over the total length thereof. The tubular member has at the proximal end thereof an aperture, which results from the slit expanding toward the proximal end. The tubular member has at the proximal end of the aperture an open part and a connecting part adjacent thereto for the holder tube. There are a pair of wing-like protruded pieces projecting in the mutually opposite directions at both sides of the open part. The distal end of the tubular member has on its outer surface a pair of protruded rims, which project in the mutually opposite directions with respect to the central axis of the tubular member. When the distal end of the tubular member is connected by insertion into the bore at the proximal end of the tube, such as sheath, the protruded rims come into contact with the inside of the hub.
