    摘要: The present invention provides a load controller for use in a hydrostatic transmission for a work vehicle that is free from control failure caused by deterioration of the constituent components, and that can be miniaturized and simplified in structure compared to conventional load controllers. In the work vehicle, power supplied from an engine (E) is branched to drive an implement system and a traveling system. A hydrostatic transmission (1) is provided in the traveling system. The hydrostatic transmission (1) connects, in an oil-hydraulic closed circuit, an oil-hydraulic pump (2) driven by the engine (E) and an oil-hydraulic motor (4) driven by the oil-hydraulic pump (2). The load controller is provided with a bypass oil line for bypassing an oil line that has high pressure during forward movement (3a) in the oil-hydraulic closed circuit to reach an oil line that has low pressure during forward movement (3b) or an oil tank (T); a first opening/closing valve for opening or closing the bypass oil line (8); and an opening/closing valve (9) controller that detects a load applied to the engine (E) while traveling during working and opens the first opening/closing valve (9) when the load exceeds a predetermined level.

    摘要: A vehicle transaxle system includes a pair of right and left transaxle units equipped on a vehicle. The right transaxle unit supports a single right axle, and the left transaxle unit supports a single left axle. A variable displacement hydraulic pump is disposed in each of the right and left transaxle units so as to be driven by power from a prime mover of the vehicle. A variable displacement hydraulic motor is disposed in each of the right and left transaxle units and is fluidly connected to the corresponding hydraulic pump so as to drive the corresponding right or left axle. A movable motor displacement control member is provided in each of the transaxle unit so as to be moved to change the displacement of the corresponding hydraulic motor. An interlocking connection means is connected to both the movable motor displacement control members of the respective hydraulic motors. The vehicle is provided with a first manipulator for changing displacements of the hydraulic pumps, and is provided with a second manipulator for operating the interlocking connection means. The interlocking connection means is operated by operating the second manipulator so as to synchronously move both the movable motor displacement control members.

    摘要: In the hydraulic actuator unit according to the present invention, a first electric motor assembly formed by mounting one of a pair of electric motors to one of a pair of electric motor covers is detachably mounted to a pump case so as to rotate a first control shaft around its axis line, and a second electric motor assembly formed by mounting the other one of the pair of electric motors to the other one of the pair of electric motor covers is detachably mounted to the pump case so as to rotate a second control shaft around its axis line. The first electric motor assembly is mounted to the pump case so that the corresponding electric motor has a rotational axis line in parallel with the first pump shaft in a state where the electric motor is positioned on an opposite side to the second control shaft with respect to the first control shaft and is also positioned on an opposite side to a first end of a first pump shaft with respect to a virtual plane that passes through the axis lines of the first and second control shafts. The second electric motor assembly is mounted to the pump case at a posture obtained by rotating the first electric motor assembly by 180 degrees about a virtual center line that is disposed in parallel with the first and second control shafts and is located at a center between the first and second control shafts, thereby the electric motor is positioned on an opposite side to a cooling fan, which is driven by the second end of the second pump shaft, with respect to the virtual plane.
