摘要: The present invention provides a load controller for use in a hydrostatic transmission for a work vehicle that is free from control failure caused by deterioration of the constituent components, and that can be miniaturized and simplified in structure compared to conventional load controllers. In the work vehicle, power supplied from an engine (E) is branched to drive an implement system and a traveling system. A hydrostatic transmission (1) is provided in the traveling system. The hydrostatic transmission (1) connects, in an oil-hydraulic closed circuit, an oil-hydraulic pump (2) driven by the engine (E) and an oil-hydraulic motor (4) driven by the oil-hydraulic pump (2). The load controller is provided with a bypass oil line for bypassing an oil line that has high pressure during forward movement (3a) in the oil-hydraulic closed circuit to reach an oil line that has low pressure during forward movement (3b) or an oil tank (T); a first opening/closing valve for opening or closing the bypass oil line (8); and an opening/closing valve (9) controller that detects a load applied to the engine (E) while traveling during working and opens the first opening/closing valve (9) when the load exceeds a predetermined level.

摘要: Disclosed is a load controller for use in a hydrostatic transmission for a work vehicle. Power supplied from an engine is branched to drive an implement system and a traveling system. The hydrostatic transmission connects, in an oil-hydraulic closed circuit, an oil-hydraulic pump driven by the engine and an oil-hydraulic motor driven by the oil-hydraulic pump. The load controller includes a bypass oil line for bypassing an oil line that has high pressure during forward movement in the oil-hydraulic closed circuit to reach an oil line that has low pressure during forward movement or an oil tank; a first opening/closing valve for opening or closing the bypass oil line; and an opening/closing valve controller that detects a load applied to the engine while traveling during working and opens the first opening/closing valve when the load exceeds a predetermined level.

摘要: A frame structure of a vehicle includes a flywheel housing, an intermediate housing and a transmission case that are connected to each other along a longitudinal axis of the vehicle to constitute a vehicle frame with an inner space for accommodating a running-power transmission path for transmitting power from an engine to drive wheels via a HST unit. The flywheel housing has a first end connected to the engine and a second open end opposite to the first end along the longitudinal axis of the vehicle. The intermediate housing has a hollow shape with a first end and a second end located along the longitudinal axis of the vehicle. The first end has an abutting surface against which the second end of the flywheel housing abuts, a support surface located radially inwardly of the abutting surface so as to support the HST unit, and an opening surrounded by the support surface. The opening serves as a first-end opening of the intermediate housing along the longitudinal axis of the vehicle. The abutting surface and the support surface along the longitudinal axis of the vehicle are located so that at least a portion of the HST unit is accommodated within the flywheel housing.

摘要: A boat propulsion system interposed between a prime mover and a propeller shaft comprises a hydro-mechanical transmission including a hydrostatic transmission part and a gear transmission part. The hydrostatic transmission part includes a variable displacement hydraulic pump having a movable swash plate and a hydraulic motor fluidly connected to the hydraulic pump. The hydraulic pump is driven by the output rotary force of the prime mover. The gear transmission part is drivingly interposed between the hydrostatic transmission part and the propeller shaft so that the gear transmission part is driven by the input rotary force of the hydraulic pump with the assistance of the output rotary force of the hydraulic motor. A hydraulic clutch system may be interposed between the gear transmission part of the hydro-mechanical transmission and the propeller shaft so as to select one of opposite output rotary directions of the propeller shaft.

摘要: In an inertia lock- and key-type synchronizing clutch assembly, engagement between conical clutch surfaces (29, 36) of a clutch gear (28) and synchronizer ring (35) is enhanced spontaneously under a servo action by a cam means disposed between the synchronizer ring (35) and a hub member (31). Two problems arising from the servo action are solved by additional structures provided to a key member (39) and to the synchronizer ring. That is, an unexpected spontaneous engagement of the clutch mechanism from a neutral condition thereof is prevented with certainty by a cooperation of the key member and a pair of stopper projection (48, 49) on the synchronizer ring. The key member includes at an inner surface thereof a recess (50) for permitting a rotational displacement of the sychronizer ring when a clutch-engaging operation is performed. An end face of such recess includes a ramp surface (51; 51A; 51B) which cooperates with one of the projections of the synchronizer ring so as to assure a clutch-disengaging operation even when a re-engagement of the clutch surfaces due to the servo action is caused in a clutch-disengaging process.

摘要: A reversing clutch assembly (13) for marine angle drive which allows the engine (11) to be mounted horizontally. To provide a required inclination to propeller shaft (12), the transmission path is bent within clutch casing (14) by using conical gearing. The casing (14) includes three horizontal shafts or input shaft (15), clutch shaft (17) and intermediate shaft (18), and only one inclined shaft or output shaft (16). Clutch shaft (17) has thereon forward and backward direction gears (28, 29) which are driven by the input shaft (15) through gear trains comprising spur gears, and double-acting clutch mechanism (30) for selectively coupling each of the direction gears (28, 29) to clutch shaft (17). The conical gearing is disposed only between clutch shaft (17) and output shaft (16) and thus includes only one conical gear (38).Parallel arrangement of three shafts (15, 17, 18) and use of single conical gear (38) contribute to save cost of the clutch assembly.

摘要: In the marine V-drive or similar drive system, a novel gearing is employed which provides a bend or turn of power transmission path toward a rearwardly and downwardly inclined propeller shaft in a compact fashion. The gearing comprises a pair of mutually meshed spur gears respectively mounted on a reversing clutch output shaft and a transmission shaft to which the propeller shaft is coupled. Among these spur gears, a first spur gear coaxial with the shaft mounting such first gear is fixedly secured to the said shaft. A second spur gear inclined relative to the shaft mounting such gear is connected operatively to the said shaft particularly by means of constant velocity universal joint disposed within the second gear. The inventive propulsion device is economical owing to the elimination of bevel gear mechanism.

摘要: A boat propulsion system interposed between a prime mover and a propeller shaft comprises a hydro-mechanical transmission including a hydrostatic transmission part and a gear transmission part.
