After outputs of a plurality of cells 10a to 10c having different output voltages and output currents are adjusted to have the same output voltage value, the outputs are output to terminals 4 and 5 so as to match the parallel connection. Since the outputs of the cells are output in parallel, a cell outputting a low current does not restrict the output currents in the overall power supply unit, unlike the series connection. Moreover, since the outputs, which are adjusted to have the same voltage, are connected, problems such as flowback do not occur. In the case where the present invention is applied to a tandem solar cell, a light-absorbing wavelength characteristic can be assigned to each tandem photoelectric transducer so that solar light is utilized at the maximum efficiency, and the photoelectric energy conversion efficiency does not decrease even when the wavelength distribution of solar light deviates from the standard one.

    摘要: In a mobile communication system, each mobile terminal as well as the base station are provided with a registration memory for storing abbreviated dialing data which comprises at least one pair of an abbreviated number and an identification number corresponding to the abbreviated number. The abbreviated dialing data is stored into the registration memory of a first mobile terminal by the user operating a keypads The stored abbreviated dialing data is transferred from the first mobile terminal to the base station. When a second mobile terminal requests the abbreviated dialing data stored in the base station, the base station transmits the abbreviated dialing data to the second mobile terminal. In this manner, the abbreviated dialing data is transferred from a mobile terminal to the base station and then from the base station to another mobile terminal.

The sensor includes at least two types of color filters such as a red filter and a green filter. Those filters are alternately arranged pixel by pixel in a line of pixels so that A-type color data which corresponds to green data is sampled from a target pixel and plural B-type color data which correspond to red data are sampled from neighbor pixels neighboring the target pixel. An unsampled B-type color data of the target pixel is estimated by synthesizing the sampled A-type color data of the target pixel and the sampled B-type color data of the neighbor pixels.
