One of the rolls is formed with ridges while the other roll is formed with grooves and the ridges are engaged with the grooves with spaces left between surfaces of the ridges and the grooves to form the inelastic sheet on its surface with stripe-like crests and flat troughs each defined between each pair of the adjacent crests; and the inelastic sheet is bonded along its troughs to the surface of the elastic sheet.

摘要: A process for making an elastically stretchable composite sheet having a relatively low basis weight. An elastically stretchable second web is placed upon a first web comprising stretchable first continuous fibers and these first and second webs are intermittently bonded together at first bond regions to obtained a first composite web which is, in turn, stretched under a plastic deformation of the first continuous fibers and then elastically contracted. Thereafter, the first and second webs are supplementarily bonded together at second bond regions to obtain a second composite web as the elastically stretchable composite sheet.

摘要: A nonwoven fabric making apparatus adapted to continuously feed a fibrous web in one direction, to eject streams of high pressure fluid from a plurality of nozzles against at least one surface of the web, thereby to entangle component fibers of the web and to obtain a predetermined nonwoven fabric. On the assumption that a Y-axis extends in a direction along which the web travels and an X-axis extends to intersect the Y-axis at right angles, the nozzles are arranged at predetermined intervals to define a straightly extending a first nozzle array R1 which is declined at a predetermined angle with respect to the Y-axis. The nonwoven fabric obtained has no impact traces by ejection of the streams of high pressure.

摘要: The present invention provides a refrigerator with improved refrigerator box strength and high heat insulating performance, which is configured such that external deformation due to entry of air into a vacuum heat insulating material, the entry of air being caused by aging degradation, is prevented. The present invention includes: a heat-insulated box including an inner casing and an outer casing, in which space between the inner casing and the outer casing is filled with a foamed heat insulating material; and a vacuum heat insulating material disposed in at least a side wall of the heat-insulated box together with the foamed heat insulating material, the vacuum heat insulating material including an outer skin material, the outer skin material including at least a core material and being decompression-sealed. The vacuum heat insulating material includes a gas adsorbent. Since the vacuum heat insulating material including the gas adsorbent is included in the side wall, which tends to be greatly distorted among the heat insulating walls of the refrigerator, the rigidity of the side wall is improved and aging degradation of the vacuum heat insulating material is suppressed. As a result, the rigidity of the heat-insulated box can be maintained for a long term, and external deformation of the outer casing of the body can be prevented.
