    摘要： The present invention provides a battery including a case, a connector, the holding member, and a resilient conductive plate. In the case, two battery cells each in the form of a flattened rectangular plate are accommodated. The connector is exposed from the case. The holding member is for holding the two battery cells in the case. The holding member is made of a nonconductive resilient material and has a first battery accommodating section and a second battery accommodating section in which the battery cells each in the form of a flattened rectangular plate are accommodated in a juxtaposed relationship so as to form a rectangular shape as viewed in plan. The resilient conductive plate extends on the holding member for electrically connecting the two battery cells accommodated in the first and second battery accommodating sections and the connector to each other.

    摘要： A battery apparatus and electronic equipment is capable of reliably mounting the battery apparatus on a battery mounting section, and advantageous in improving operability when mounting the battery apparatus on the battery mounting section. One surface of a case of a battery apparatus in a thickness direction is formed as a flat bottom surface. At the portions of the bottom surface on the both sides in a width direction, a plurality of engaging pieces are formed respectively so as to project outwardly in the width direction at spaced intervals in the length direction. The engaging pieces are arranged to engage with the engaging claws of the battery mounting section and position the positions in the thickness direction of the case in the battery mounting section, while mating the bottom surface of the case with the mounting surface of the battery mounting section of the electronic equipment and then sliding the case in the length direction of the case.

    摘要： The present invention provides a battery including a case and a battery cell accommodated in the case. The case is divided in a thicknesswise direction of the battery cell into a first case and a second case. The first and second cases have joint portions formed along peripheries thereof for jointing with each other. The joint portion of one of the first and second cases has a joining thin wall formed to extend along a periphery thereof and project in the thicknesswise direction. The joint portion of the other of the first and second cases has a joining recess formed to extend along a periphery thereof for receiving the joining thin wall inserted therein in a state that the joint portions of the first and second cases joint with each other. The joining thin wall and the joining recess in which the joining thin wall is inserted while the joint portions of the first and second cases joint with each other are joined together by welding. The other case has a projecting wall formed at a location of an outer face thereof positioned on the outer side of the joining recess in such a manner as to extend along the joining recess.

    摘要： In the present invention, a battery pack type discriminating or deciding concave portion (131) is formed at a position corresponding to a battery pack type deciding switch (214) of an SQ battery pack (1) and when the SQ battery pack (1) is set, the battery pack type deciding switch (214) is avoided to be pressed by a bottom (115) of the SQ battery pack (1) owing to the concave portion (131). In this way, as the switch (214) is avoided to be pressed, it is recognized that the set battery pack is an SQ battery pack (1) under charging. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to identify battery packs among different charging modes and charging can be performed in a proper charging mode.
