摘要： An actuator with a positive centrifugal clutch has a clutch drum loosely rotated relative to a rotary drive shaft and is provided with large inner diameter portions and engaging protuberances inwardly projecting from the large inner diameter portions; a clutch body loosely fitted within the clutch drum and driven by the rotary drive shaft, and provided with a retaining hole opening radially from the center thereof toward the inner wall of the clutch drum; and an engaging permanent magnet loosely movably retained in the retaining hole of the clutch body. When the clutch body is in a standstill state, the engaging permanent magnet provides a magnetic attraction between itself and the rotary drive shaft and thereby is accommodated within the retaining hole. When the clutch body continues its rotation, centrifugal force is generated. The centrifugal force causes the engaging permanent magnet to protrude from the retaining hole, come into contact with and slide on the inner wall of the clutch drum and engage with one of the engaging protuberances of the clutch drum. The actuator has an outer casing having a cover plate. The clutch drum has a bevel gear and an axial projection formed integrally at a rear wall of the clutch drum. The axial projection is supported by the cover plate. A lid member is also provided at one end of the drum which is loosely rotatably mounted around the rotary drive shaft and which tightly seals the one end of the drum so as to block entrance of water and dust into the clutch.

In some embodiments the clutch includes a two stage arrangement which permits a small power economical solenoid arrangement to be used. The invention further features the use of a compact reduction gear which includes two ring gears and stepped pinion gears.

摘要： A door lock device is described, which has a recessed body having an outside surface. The body has an opening through which the interior of the body is exposed to a back side of the body which faces the outside surface. A latch lever is pivotally installed in the body and engageable with a striker. A locking lever is pivotally installed in the body and operatively engageable with the latch lever. An extra lever is pivotally connected to the outside surface of the body and has an opening formed therethrough. A metal pin is secured to the locking lever and projects toward the back side of the body through the opening of the body and is slidably and pivotally engaged with the opening of the extra lever. A plastic layer entirely covers the pin.

摘要： A door lock device includes a striker secured to a vehicle body and a latch plate installed on a vehicle door. The striker has a base portion fixed on the vehicle body, first and second leg portions extending from the base portion, a bridge portion extending between and interconnecting the first and second leg portions, and a projection portion which extends from the bridge portion and extends on the outboard side of the first leg portion. The latch member has first and second engaging portions defining therebetween a recess portion in which the first leg portion of the striker is receivable. 摘要： A lock striker unit comprises generally a striker and a plastic cover. The striker includes a base plate, a generally U-shaped rod secured to the base plate and a molded plastic material covering the rod to provide each shank portion of the same with a diametrically larger portion and a diametrically smaller groove portion. The groove portion is positioned near the base plate. The plastic cover is sized to cover a major surface of the base plate and has an elongate slit which is constructed to permit the U-shaped rod to pass therethrough. The elongate slit includes two circular openings connected through a thinner slit. Each circular opening is so sized as to make a latched engagement with the groove portion of the shank portion when the plastic cover is properly attached to the base plate.
