摘要: In cooperation with a first database, a problem preparation supporting unit supports the preparation of nursing problem items for patients. Based on the nursing problem items prepared, a plan preparation supporting unit supports the preparation of nursing care plans by conducting a search through a second database. In cooperation with a third database, a specification unit specifies an implementation of nursing items contained in the prepared nursing care plan. When a communication unit receives an implementation result of the nursing items, the communication unit outputs the result to a recoding unit. A nurse enters an evaluation of the implementation result of the nursing items to an operating apparatus. The evaluation entered is recorded in the recording unit. Among the nursing problem items stored in the recording unit, the nursing items contained in the nursing care plans, the implementation results and the evaluations, a management unit associates mutually corresponding items with one another.

摘要: A hospital information system according to the present invention lets an RF reader 12 comprised by a PDA 8 read tag information, once for all, recorded by RF tags either attached to, or embedded in, plural kinds of a plurality of patient wrist bands, injection medicine bottles, patient charts, medical instrument cases, et cetera, and transmits a query to a server 5 by way of a wireless LAN 9, server 7 and LAN 3 for confirmation from the server 5. The server 5 collates it with the content of a medical practice order recorded in its data base, and registers a completion of instructed operation for an instructed item in the database, as well as responds back with notifying “correct” if the transmitted readout data from the PDA 8 is correct. If the readout data is not correct, the PDA will be notified of “incorrect” with an instruction for reading again.

摘要: In a hospital information system, a PDA reads identification information attached to patients and medicines. A positional information acquiring unit acquires the information on the position of the PDA and restricts a function of an RF reader in accordance with the acquired positional information. The positional information acquiring unit may receive a position selection input from a user. The positional information acquiring unit may acquire the positional information on a present position, based on strength of signals from surrounding access points. A patient information acquiring unit may acquire profile information on patients to be attended, and the function restricting unit may restrict a function of the RF reader in response to the acquired profile information on patients.

摘要: A rechargeable battery pack attachable to a power tool includes a display element, a remaining capacity detection device, a remaining capacity display control device, an abnormality detection device, and an abnormality display control device. The display element is provided such that a lighted state thereof can be confirmed from outside. The remaining capacity detection device detects a remaining capacity of a rechargeable battery. The remaining capacity display control device displays the remaining capacity detected by the remaining capacity detection device by controlling the lighted state of the display element. The abnormality detection device detects an abnormality of the rechargeable battery. The abnormality display control device displays the abnormality of the rechargeable battery detected by the abnormality detection device by controlling the lighted state of the display element to an abnormality display state, which is different from a remaining capacity display state controlled by the remaining capacity display control device.
