摘要: A method for producing an electric strip laminate wound into a coil is disclosed, in which at least two metallic electric strips that are electrically insulated from each other are integrally bonded to form an electric strip laminate and in another step, are wound into a coil. In order to ensure a reproducible method, the invention proposes that the electrical strips, which are each electrically insulated on at least one flat side with a baked enamel layer, be joined to each other by means of baked enamel layers facing each other and be integrally bonded to form an electric strip laminate by activating the chemical cross-linking of the two baked enamel layers.

摘要: A continuous strip method for producing an electric strip laminate which is wound into a coil is proposed in which at least two electric strips are pressed against each other on their flat sides and are integrally bonded to form an electric strip laminate and in a further step, this electric strip laminate is wound into a coil. More particularly, a first electric strip is coated on at least one of its flat sides with a first thermally activatable hot melt adhesive lacquer, the first hot melt adhesive lacquer on the first electric strip is thermally activated, and then the electric strips are pressed against each other on their flat sides with the activated first hot melt adhesive lacquer layer between these flat sides and a second electric strip is supplied to this pressing process at a temperature below the activation temperature of the first hot melt adhesive lacquer layer on the first electric strip.

摘要: A laminated core and a method for connecting sheet metal parts to form a laminated core, wherein sheet metal parts are separated from a sheet metal strip having, at least in some regions, a layer of curable polymer adhesive, and the sheet metal parts with adhesive-coated sides facing one another are provided above one another and are bonded under pressure to form a laminated core. In order to create advantageous method conditions, according to the invention a mixture comprising water and a thermoplastic and/or cross-linkable adhesion promoter is provided on at least one of the adhesive layers facing one another during bonding of the sheet metal parts.

摘要: A process for producing a coated electrical steel strip includes application of a pretreatment layer over a first flat side of a rolled electrical steel strip. The layer thickness of the pretreatment layer is in the range from 10 nm to 100 nm, in particular from 20 nm to 50 nm. The rolled electrical steel strip which has been coated with the pretreatment layer is then coated with an insulating lacquer layer over the pretreatment layer. The insulating lacquer layer is applied by roll application using a roll and no deliberate drying and/or crosslinking of the pretreatment layer is carried out after application of the pretreatment layer and before coating with the insulating lacquer layer.

摘要: A coated sheet metal strip includes a rolled sheet metal strip having a first flat side and a second flat side. A first layer over the first flat side includes a carrier layer. The carrier layer contains a reaction accelerator for an adhesive and stores the reaction accelerator on a physical basis. A second layer, including the adhesive, is applied over the second flat side. The second layer is free of the reaction accelerator or any reaction accelerator.
