Abstract: Apparatuses, methods and computer programs for allocating transmission resources and for a mobile transceiver. An apparatus for a mobile transceiver of a mobile communication system includes a transceiver module to receive control information from a base station transceiver of the mobile communication system and to communicate with another mobile transceiver of the mobile communication system. The apparatus also includes a control module to control the transceiver module. The control module receives information related to a first resource pool and information related to a second resource pool using the transceiver module. The control module also communicates with the other mobile transceiver using the transceiver module using a rateless code to encode data for transmission on resources of the second resource pool.

Abstract: A method for the digital transmission of data blocks from a transmitting station to a receiving station, wherein delta information is generated at the transmitting end which indicates the positions at which a further data block differs from the preceding data block. The delta information is provided with error protection and is added to the further data block and is transmitted. The received first and the at least one extended further data block are stored in the receiving station. The delta information of the at least one extended further data block is then retrieved and applied to the stored preceding data block. It is thereby made comparable with the at least one further data block. A soft combining of the received further data block and the transformed preceding data block is then carried out. The payload of the further data block is retrieved from the combined data block.

Abstract: A method for adjusting the interference level for a wireless communication from a first mobile station to a second mobile station including detecting an interference level at a transmitting station and providing for elevation of the direction of beam for the signal transmissions from the first mobile station to the second mobile station relative to an angle between the ground plane and the current direction of beam for the transmissions from the first mobile station to the second mobile station. Such lifting up of the beam avoids interference at the place of a third mobile station located at the direction of signal transmission but with further distance, since the signal strength then vanishes relatively quickly if the beam is lifted up.

Abstract: A method for the acquisition of collective surroundings information for cooperative and/or autonomous driving. The method includes a vehicle equipped with an on-board unit and surroundings observation apparatus which produces a report about a detected vehicle not equipped with an on-board unit and transmits the report to the further vehicles which are moving or are located in the respective area. The further vehicles which receive the report transmit back a confirmation message to the reporting vehicle and confirm that the further vehicles are happy with the report. The further vehicles then refrain from transmitting a separate report about the unequipped vehicle.

Abstract: A method, an apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium having instructions for Vehicle-to-Vehicle communication. Messages are exchanged between a first vehicle and a second vehicle. Each of the messages includes a hash pointer to the respective last previous message. After completion of the exchange of messages, a hash pointer to the last message of the exchange of messages is signed individually by each participant and published. In case the resulting negotiated contract has to be changed, a further message is added to the exchange of messages, which includes a hash pointer to the last message of the exchange of messages. Finally a hash pointer to the further message is published.
