The cover may include a first portion operable to protect a button of a device from inadvertent actuation, wherein the first portion enables viewing of the button while the cover overlaps the device. The cover may also include an opening operable to afford access to an interface component of the device, wherein the opening is operable to enable a user to reach through and physically interact with the interface component while the cover overlaps the device. The cover may further include a second portion enclosing the opening on all sides.

    摘要： A subscriber access control system (SACS) configures a network device connected to cable network to affect the behavior of that device. The SACS comprises a rules engine and a datastore that stores the current state of subscribers known to the SACS and historical request information. When the SACS receives a request to quarantine a device, it assigns attributes to a subscriber record accessed by a DHCP server to affect the configuration and behavior of that device. The actual behavior of the quarantined device is determined by the presence of the attribute and the value of the attribute.

    摘要： A horn loudspeaker comprises: a horn (22) having a throat (26) and a mouth (30); a primary electro-acoustic driver (24) mounted at or adjacent the throat of the horn and directed generally along the horn; and at least one secondary electro-acoustic driver (32T, 32B, 32L, 32R) mounted part-way along the horn and directed generally across the horn. The secondary driver(s) can be used to change the local impedance conditions in the horn and therefore to change the polar response of the horn loudspeaker. At least one filter (12A, 12E) is provided for filtering an input signal (34) for the primary driver to produce a filtered signal for the primary driver or each of the secondary drivers. Such a filter may be chosen or designed so as to optimize some aspect of the polar response of the horn loudspeaker, for example to increase directivity, or flatten the polar response within a specified included radiation angle, or to increase omnidirectionality.

    摘要： A building curtain wall panel system is disclosed in which a plurality of mechanically fastened and bonded layers are provided to create a fire resistant, light weight and insulated panel which is easily installed and yet resists impact stress. The panel includes bonded layers attached to a steel frame. The strength and fire resistant properties are enhanced by a medium density calcium silicate composite panel. The exterior architectural design features may be varied by composite coatings including a variety of materials including acrylic resins, fibers, vicron, fungicide, coloring agents, cement and water.
