    摘要: A welding system for heat welding a component to the contact surface workpiece is provided with a carriage and a component holding positioning unit and workpiece melting unit. The component holding unit and workpiece melting unit each include a respective hooked-shaped holding arm assembly and an associated support assembly used to secure and movably mount the holding arm assembly and an associated support assembly used to secure and movably mounted the holding arm assembly to the carriage. A heating or welding unit is mounted towards a distal end of the holding arm assembly, and which is operable to melt the contact surface when moved thereagainst. The component holding unit is provided with a component holder operable to fixedly grasp or release the selected component in its mounting to the workpiece. The carriage is provided for rotatable movement relative to a rotation axis to selectively move the component holding unit and workpiece melting units between melt operations position, wherein the heating or welding unit is brought into contact with the workpiece and activated to soften or partially melt the contact surface in advance of the component being moved thereagainst; and a fixture placement position, where the component holder moves the component into juxtaposition with the softened contact surface to cool and fuse with the workpiece.

    摘要: A pump for a dishwasher has an impeller for conveying fluid, wherein it is formed as a centrifugal pump with the fluid to be conveyed being sucked-in in a central axial manner and flowing out in a radial manner. The impeller extends on a bottom surface above a pump base, wherein several fixed flow directing blades are arranged radially outside the impeller, said flow directing blades extending in a helicoidal manner with the pitch extending in the rotational direction of the impeller away from the pump base. At least one flow directing blade extends as far as up to the bottom surface of the impeller for picking up a circulating funnel or tube produced of fluid with air bubbles therein.

    摘要: A latching device for a pump housing for production of a releasable latched connection between two housing parts has, on a first housing part, an elongate latching hook comprising a latching protrusion on the upper side and introduction chamfers on the upper side and on the underside. A latching opening is provided in the second housing part and comprises a latching tongue defining the latching opening outwardly, the latching protrusion abutting this latching tongue. An introduction web is arranged on the underside of the latching opening and comprises an introduction chamfer for the latching hook. Two securing tongues engage laterally in the latching opening and protrude via a free tongue end into the path of the latching hook when said latching hook is inserted into the latching opening. They prevent an undesired automatic release of the latched connection caused by movement of the latching hook in a downwards direction.

    摘要: A flow-guiding device for an impeller radial pump is arranged radially outside the impeller and extends in a ring-shaped manner with a circumferential carrier ring on which several guide blades are arranged. These latter are formed so as to be resilient in such a manner that when there is a small fluid flow a blade angle points more in the radial direction at an angle of approximately 70° with respect to the longitudinal center axis of the pump. When there is strong fluid flow, the angle becomes smaller and the guide blades bend in a resilient manner at least in regions such that they stand at a smaller angle of between 30° and 40° with respect to the longitudinal center axis of the pump. The fluid is conveyed better in the pump chamber in this way.
