    摘要: According to one embodiment, there is provided an electrode for battery. The electrode includes a current collector and an active material layer provided on the current collector. The active material layer includes a first powder of a monoclinic titanium dioxide compound and a second powder a monoclinic titanium dioxide compound. The first powder has a minor-axis average dimension of primary particles in the range from 0.5 μm to 5 μm and a major-axis average dimension of primary particles in the range from 0.5 μm to 20 μm. The second powder has a minor-axis average dimension of primary particles in the range from 0.01 μm to 0.3 μm and a major-axis average dimension of primary particles in the range from 0.5 μm to 1 μm.

    摘要: A battery module system includes a battery module and a control member. The battery module comprises battery units are connected in series. Each of the battery units comprises a unit cell having a voltage variation rate A (mV/% SOC) at a full charge voltage VH1 (V) is larger than 20 (mV/% SOC), which is a value obtained when the unit cell is charged at a current of 1 C at 25° C. The control member controls current to a current I1 until a maximum value Vmax (V) among the voltage of each unit cell reaches the full charge voltage VH1 (V) and then controls a voltage of the battery module to a voltage V2 (V) given by the following equation (1): V2=VH2×n  (1).

    摘要: A nonaqueous electrolyte battery includes an electrode group and a nonaqueous electrolyte. The electrode group has a laminated structure in which positive electrodes and negative electrodes are alternately interposed between overlapped parts of a separator folded in a zigzag form. A Gurley value of an outermost layer of the separator is larger than that of an inner layer. The battery satisfyies the following equation (1): 3×10−5≦(X/Y)≦1.5×10−3   (1) wherein X is a rated resistance [mΩ] of the nonaqueous electrolyte battery and Y is a rated capacity [mAh] of the nonaqueous electrolyte battery.
