    摘要: In a textile machine provided with displaceable means for carrying out an operation utilizing air pressure, a main duct is disposed along the length of the machine, and the main duct is provided with a longitudinal aperture covered with a flexible covering member which permits formation of a space by deforming the skirt portion of the covering member. A connecting pipe of the displaceable means is inserted into the main duct through the space and the connecting portion is sealed by a sealing member secured to the pipe during the displacement of the displaceable means.

The large-diameter section (32) has: a large-diameter portion (32a) on the small-diameter section side; a small-diameter portion (32b) having a smaller outer diameter than the large-diameter portion, the small-diameter portion forming a step (s) with the large-diameter portion therebetween; and a leading end portion (32c). The coil (35) covers a portion between the step (s) and the leading end portion.

    摘要: When an open end spinning machine is stopped, a fiber supply to a spinning rotor is first stopped and thereafter, substantially simultaneously with stoppage of both a yarn take-up roller and a yarn winding roller, a yarn end is held by a yarn holding device at a time when it still remains in a region which undergoes the suction effect of a subatmospheric pressure produced in the spinning rotor. The spinning rotor is subsequently stopped. On starting, the holding of the yarn end by the yarn holding device continues even after restarting of the spinning machine until the subatmospheric pressure produced in the spinning rotor reaches substantially the same value as that produced during a normal spinning operation. Therefore, there is prevented any snarling phenomenon, resulting in a greatly increased success rate in the operation of connecting yarn ends on re-starting of the spinning machine.

    摘要: An empty bobbin supply device for use in a doffing machine which travels in front of spinning units and is adapted for doffing a cheese and donning an empty bobbin in place thereof. This empty bobbin supply device has a reserve box, a reserve conveyor and a horizontal transfer conveyor, which are all positioned substantially in a vertical direction. An empty bobbin comes downwardly by gravity from the reserve box and is received between transfer plates of the reserve conveyor. The bobbin is then transferred downwardly by the circulating reserve conveyor, and in the absence of a bobbin on the horizontal transfer conveyor, the bobbin is delivered therefrom, while when a bobbin is present on the transfer conveyor, the bobbin remains on the reserve conveyor. The terminal of the horizontal transfer conveyor serves as a stand-by position for an empty bobbin in the doffing portion.

    摘要: Provided is a manufacturing method to prevent devitrification of a bulb in a high pressure discharge lamp used for a projector. The method is for manufacturing a high pressure discharge lamp which uses, as a light source, a bulb made of fused quartz and including a tungsten electrode, and which is horizontally installed when the lamp is driven for actual use. The method includes the step of initially driving the bulb with an optical axis thereof being set horizontally before the high pressure discharge lamp is shipped. In the initial driving step, the rotation angle around the optical axis of the bulb is offset by 45° or more and 135° or less relative to the rotation angle around the optical axis of the bulb when the lamp is driven for actual use.

Flux is filled inside of the metal outer layer. The conductive core wire is disposed nearly in the center of the flux without being supported by the metal outer layer. The flux contains 20-80 weight % of metal powder. A weight % of the weight of the flux to the weight of the welding wire per unit length is set in a range of 6.5-30 weight %. The weight % of the weight of the conductive core wire to the weight of the welding wire per unit length is set in a range of 1.5-15 weight %.
