    摘要: An analog value storing apparatus comprises a semiconductor field-effect device, including a substrate, a source and drain formed to define a channel region, a floating gate embedded in an insulating layer on the channel region, a control gate connected to the ground on the insulating layer above the floating gate, a write voltage source coupled to the source to supply a write voltage to charge the floating gate, a resistor having a relatively high resistance value inserted between the write voltage source and the source, and an analog value voltage source connected to the drain. As a result, the floating gate begins to be charged with the write voltage and the analog voltage and stops being charged with the voltage at the source determined as voltage division of the write voltage and the analog voltage by the high resistance value of the resistor and the internal resistance value of the device. Preferably, an array of a plurality of such devices is used and an analog signal is stored in the form of a series of sampled analog values sampled from the analog signal at the timing of addressing while such devices are addressed sequentially. The stored analog values are read out while the devices are addressed, whereby and original analog signal is reproduced.

    摘要: A plurality of items is tracked using a distributed network of gates, each having a gate-identification. Each item is provided with an identifier for specifying an item-identification of the item and a tracking-station-identification of a tracking station related to the item. Whenever one of the items approaches one of the gates, the item-identification of that item and the tracking-station-identification of the tracking station related to the item are obtained from the identifier of the item via that gate. The item-identification of the item and the gate-identification of the gate are then communicated to the tracking station identified by the tracking-station-identification obtained from the identifier of the item such that the item can be tracked as it moves amongst the gates.

    摘要: A gate array arrangement formed on a semiconductor chip includes a plurality of I/O cells aligned along the four sides of the chip and a plurality of basic cells aligned in a plurality of rows extending parallelly to each other. A ground bus line and a power bus line extend in a space between the I/O cells and basic cells. The lines from the I/O cells are connected to the bus lines, and lines from basic cells are connected to bus lines. In this manner, the power supply lines between the I/O cells and basic cells are connected indirectly through the bus line, thereby allowing the determination of pitch of the I/O cells and pitch of basic cells independently of each other.

    摘要: A load handling vehicle equipped with a load handling device comprises a pair of reinforcing frames attached to opposite sides of the vehicle body, a steering panel, a front cover covering the space under the panel from the front and a protective device covering the operator's seat and including a pair of opposite front posts connected to the frames in front of the seat. Each of the front posts comprises a lower post member extending upright from the frame and positioned in the vicinity of of the front cover, and an upper post member removably attached to the lower post member. The steering panel and the front cover are attached to the pair of lower post members and can therefore be fixed in place by a simple arrangement and yet with increased strength. When unnecessary, the protective device is removable with the panel and the cover fixed in place.

The above measuring apparatus may further comprise a connector device for externally outputting the light-receiving signal of the light-receiving element. In this case, the optical level measuring display device inputs the light-receiving signal thereto through the connector device. An apparatus for measuring a magnetic field distribution of a magnetic head disposed in a magnetooptic disk drive unit and generating an auxiliary magnetic field is also shown.
