    摘要: A composite label arranging device is disclosed wherein a composite label having a layer of label material superposed on a layer of backing material, with feed flaps formed in both layers, is engaged with feed pins of a feed roller, by which the feed flaps are forced upright. The feed roller intermittently rotates in synchronism with the operation of a hand lever for advancement of the label on a platen. A label arranging member is disposed in opposition to the platen so as to descend during the squeezing operation of the hand lever and press against and thereby flatten the upright flaps.

    摘要: The disclosure concerns a code plate device for a label printing and applying machine having a platen, a fixed hand grip, a hinged hand lever opposable to the hand grip, and a printing device carried on a printing lever extending from the hand lever so that the printing device is brought into and out of engagement with the platen, respectively, when the hand lever is squeezed and released. The code plate device includes a body having a guiding dovetail element which is removably fitted into a dovetail shaped engagement groove on the printing lever so that the code plate device can be detachably slid into attachment with the printing lever. The dovetail connection is oriented so that the code plate device is slid into position laterally of the machine. There is a foldable knob which is hingedly attached to the code plate body so that it can be extended straight for being grasped to enable attachment or detachment of the code plate device or can be folded up for moving the knob out of the way.

    摘要: An integrally foamed article comprises a threefold-laminated cover material and a body foam bonded together thereto. The threefold-laminated cover material is preliminarily configured into a substantially closed hollow shape corresponding to a desired final contour into which a foamable mixture such as reactive polyurethane stock is poured and allowed to foam and expand to adhere integrally therewith without any penetration into said cover material. The threefold-laminated cover material is composed of an outermost permeable cover fabric such as knitted or woven fabric, an intermediate thin foam layer bonded to the inside of said fabric, and an innermost shielding film such as polyvinyl chloride or polyurethane film formed therein with a number of minute air holes permitting gases and air to be passed therethrough, but not permitting said foamable mixture to enter. The shielding film is strongly bonded to the inside of said intermediate thin foam layer, and not only assures excellent fluidity of the foamable mixture poured therein due to its smoothness, but also prevents penetration of said foamable mixture into said intermediate layer and cover fabric so as to ensure production of formed article, particularly of thin thickness, having uniform resiliency and softness and comfortable touch.

In particular, a paving materials loading feeder 16 is so disposed that a lower end 19a of a loading frame 19 thereof is connected to a receiving hopper 17, a discharge port 19c, 19d is formed in a middle part of the loading frame 19 between the lower end 19a and a discharge end 19b, and a lid 35 is provided on the discharge port 19c, 19d so as to be openable and closable. The loading feeder 16 may also be raised and lowered. The invention also relates to a paving machine provided with a front hopper 2 and a rear hopper 3, on a self-propelled vehicle 1. In particular, the paving materials loading apparatus of the above construction is mounted on the self-propelled vehicle 1 so that the discharge port 19c, 19d of the loading feeder 16 is located above the front hopper 2 and the discharge end 19b of the loading feeder 16 is located above the rear hopper 3.

Gears mechanically linked with a hand-operated lever for driving the claw reciprocator. The gears are provided with cams engageable with the stops. The label feed pitch of the claw reciprocator can be shifted between short and long pitch states by sliding the pitch change-over section to bring the stops into or out of engagement with the cams.

    摘要: According to the present invention, a three-dimensional cloth molding which has superior feel and durability, and a method for three-dimensionally molding cloth which offers low production cost and high productivity are provided. Cloth layer 85 having a print pattern, foam 87, and fabric 88 having one surface on which a plastic film is laminated are locationally placed on an elastic sheet 86. While foam 87 is still in a viscoelastic fluid state, cloth 85, foam 87, fabric 88, and elastic sheet 86 are integrally pressurizingly compressed for a predetermined time duration by upper metal mold 80 and lower metal mold 82. Thereby, foam 87 is fixedly adhered to the back surface of cloth 85 to support a print pattern of the cloth, and is three-dimensionally molded so as to conform to the profile of the print pattern. The plastic film of fabric 88 is almost fixedly adhered to the surface of foam body 87, but only the peripheral edge portion of the fabric 88 is thermally adhered by additionally heating to the back surface of the cloth. As a result, foam body 87 is completely sealed between the cloth and the fabric.
