An underfill composition comprises a curable resin, a plurality of filler particles loaded within the resin, the filler particles comprising at least 50 weight % of the underfill composition. The filler particles comprise first filler particles having a particle size of from 0.1 micrometers to 15 micrometers and second filler particles having a particle size of less than 100 nanometers. A viscosity of the underfill composition is less than a viscosity of a corresponding composition not including the second filler particles.

A system, mobile station and method are provided for delivering services such as voice messages, voice clips, video clips and/or multimedia clips. The system includes a network entity, such as a calling entity, a Base Station/MSC/Interworking function (BMI) or any portions thereof. In addition, the system includes a mobile station. The network entity is capable of initiating a call to the mobile station by transmitting an alert message over a traffic channel. The mobile station can receive the alert message, and thereafter transmit a connect message over the traffic channel in response to the alert message. Advantageously, the mobile station is capable of transmitting the connect message without the call initiated by the network entity first being answered. The network entity can then establish a communication link with the mobile station over the traffic channel such that the service can be delivered to the mobile station over the communication link.

The mobile station includes a controller capable of operating a phoneme engine, which is capable of receiving a message comprising input speech. Thereafter, the phoneme engine can convert the input speech into at least one phoneme representative of the input speech. The mobile station also includes a transmitter capable of transmitting a representation of the input speech, where the representation is based upon the phonemes. The mobile station may include a receiver capable of receiving a representation of a speech-based message, where the representation is based upon at least one phoneme. The mobile station also includes the controller capable of operating a phoneme engine, which in such instances, is capable of converting the phonemes into the speech-based message. The mobile station in such instances also includes a speaker capable of thereafter outputting the speech-based message.
