    摘要: The drive part for converting the revolution movement to the wobble movement is composed of the shaft for transmitting the drive force from outside, the swash plate rotated by the shaft and the wobble plate for converting the revolution movement of the swash plate to the wobble movement. Plural pistons are reciprocated in responsive to the wobble movement of the wobble plate. The crank room containing the swash plate, the wobble plate and the piston is separated into the fuel room and the drive room by the bellows. The bearings for transmitting the drive force between the shaft in the drive room and the swash plate, and the bearing for transmitting the drive force between the swash plate and the wobble plate are placed inside the drive room in order to lubricate the bearings. By arranging plural pistons inside the fuel room, the fuel is forced to be taken in and discharged by the reciprocate movement of the individual pistons.

    摘要: This specification discloses inventions of a rotation detecting device for a rotary shaft and of a rotation controlling apparatus using this rotation detecting device. The rotation detecting device according to the invention comprises a signal generator for generating two signals vary their amplitude in accordance with the rotation angle of the rotary shaft and have a predetermined phase difference therebetween, part for correcting the respective center voltages output from the signal generator, part for correcting a deviation from the phase deviation between the two signals, and part for correcting the rotating amounts of the rotary shaft on the basis of the corrected two signal. The rotating amounts are represented in terms of rotating angles. A rotating torque can be obtained by calculating a difference between the rotating angles measured at two points apart from each other on the rotary shaft. The rotary shaft can be controlled in accordance with the rotating angle or the rotating torque.

    摘要: A measurement range is divided into a plurality of sections, a binary coded signal is generated at each division point, small section signals are generated at a predetermined interval between the binary coded signals, the binary coded signals are weighted by angles, and the small section signals are added or subtracted to or from the weighted signal to interpolate between two binary coded signals. Since the increment signals generated between the adjacent absolute signals is used as an interpolation signal between the absolute signals, the measurement accuracy is enhanced without increasing the number of elements for generating the absolute signals. The measured angle can be accurately read by adding or subtracting the increment signals to and from the weighted signal of the absolute signal.

    摘要: An injection pump includes a rotor having a central axial bore and a radial bore and rotated in relationship with an engine. A free piston reciprocably inserted in the central axial bore defines a first and second chamber. The first chamber includes a plurality of first radial passages and a radial spill port and communicate with the radial bore and the second pressure chamber includes a plurality of second radial passages and a discharge passage. A pair of plungers which is disposed in the radial bore is so constructed as to produce, in accordance with the revolution of the rotor, a compression period in which the liquid fuel is pressurized in the first pressure chamber and pressurized fuel in the second pressure chamber is supplied to the engine through the discharge passage, and a suction period in which the liquid fuel is supplied to the pressure chambers.

    摘要: A control apparatus for an electrically controlled injection pump of a Diesel engine comprises a main controller for controlling valve opening durations of an injection quantity control solenoid valve and an injection timing control solenoid valve provided for the injection pump so that a desired quantity of fuel is supplied to the engine in an optimal injection timing and a sub-controller for controlling the injection pump in place of the main controller upon occurrence of failure of the latter. The sub-controller is constituted by an injection timing signal generator for preparing an injection timing control signal of a fixed duration applied to the timing control solenoid valve and an injection quantity signal generator for preparing an injection quantity control signal applied to the quantity control solenoid valve, which signal has a pulse width variable in dependence on a parameter representative of a desired operation state of the engine.

    摘要: To improve the operating efficiency of a diesel engine, a plurality of engine operating parameters are detected and the engine cylinders to which the fuel supply is to be cut off are computed in accordance with the operating parameters, thereby stopping the generation of fuel control pulses in response to crank angle sensor output pulses indicative of the computed cylinders. A fuel injection pump is so constructed that the fuel is metered in response to the fuel control pulses and the metered fuel is pressurized, compressed and distributed to the cylinders, and the distribution of the pressurized and compressed fuel to the cylinders is stopped by stopping the application of the fuel control pulses.

    摘要: A distribution type fuel injection pump for distributing and pumping a fuel into a plurality of cylinders of an internal combustion engine. The fuel injection pump is constructed of a hydraulic head formed with first and second fuel feed ports, a rotor fitted in the hydraulic head, and plungers fitted in the end portion of the rotor for effecting the pumping action in accordance with the rotations of the rotor. Separately of this rotor, there is formed in the hydraulic head, for example, a pressure space in which a shuttle is slidably fitted to partition the pressure chamber into first and second pressure chambers. The fuel, introduced from the first fuel feed port and compressed by the plungers, is guided into the first pressure chamber of said pressure space in accordance with the rotation of the rotor, and the fuel, is introduced into the second pressure chamber, is consecutively distributed and pumped into the respective engine chambers by the movements of the shuttle.

    摘要: A fuel feed control device for an internal combustion engine comprising an electromagnetic valve for controlling the fuel quantity to be fed to the internal combustion engine according to the opening duration of the valve, in which the valve is adapted to be energized to be held in its open state with a holding current, the holding current being large enough to hold the valve in its open state after the valve has been once rendered open but not enough to render the valve open from its closed state and having been applied to the valve before the valve is rendered open from its closed state, and energized to be rendered open from its closed state with a valve opening current along with the holding current, the valve opening current being applied to the valve for a pregiven duration so as to additionally co-operate with the holding current, and, further, when the valve is rendered closed from its open state, the valve is energized with a control current, for a desired duration from the instant when the holding current is cut off, so as to produce backward magnetic flux to cancel the forward magnetic flux induced at the instant when the holding current is cut off, whereby the control device may be improved in the responsiveness in the opening and closing operation of the injection valve.
