    摘要: In a process for preparing a block copolyester elastomer having a softening point of at least 120.degree. C. by reacting an aromatic polyester (I) having a reduced viscosity of at least 0.4 and derived from an aromatic dicarboxylic acid or its ester-forming derivative as a main acid component with an aliphatic polyester (II) having a reduced viscosity of at least 0.4 and derived from an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid or an aliphatic hydroxycarboxylic acid or an ester-forming derivative of each of these acids in the molten state; the improvement whereinA. the aromatic polyester (I) is derived from a dicarboxylic acid component more than 70 mole % of which consists of terephthalic acid and diol component more than 70 mole % of which consists of tetramethylene glycol or trimethylene glycol,B. the weight ratio of the aromatic polyester (I) to the aliphatic polyester (II) is 0.25 to 9, andC. the reaction between the polyester (I) and the polyester (II) is carried out until a polymer is obtained which has an elasticity recovery of at least 50% after it is stretched 20% and then relaxed for 5 minutes.

    摘要: A fibrous shaped article having a surface with raised and depressed portions, said fibrous article consisting of a unitary laminated structure resulting from the compression molding under heat of (A) a heat compression-moldable nonwoven fibrous web and (B) a nonwoven fibrous sheet, said fibrous sheet (B) being laminated to at least one surface of said fibrous web (A); said fibrous web (A) having a compression stress, at 10% compression at the temperature of said compression molding, of at least 0.5 g/cm.sup.2 ; said nonwoven fibrous sheet (B) consisting of a continuous unitary reticulated sheet structure of an assembly of many fibers of a thermoplastic polymer, said constituent fibers having an initial modulus of not more than 5 g/denier and an elongation of at least 20% both at the temperature of said compression molding and being interconnected in a spaced-apart relationship, and said nonwoven fibrous sheet (B) having a plastic deformation ratio, at 30% elongation at the temperature of said compression molding, of at least 50% and an elongation stress, at 30% elongation at the temperature of said compression molding, of not more than 0.15 kg/cm; and said web (A) and said sheet (B) satisfying the following relation:S.ltoreq.0.03 Tin which T is the compression stress (g/cm.sup.2) of said web (A) at 10% compression at the temperature of said compression molding, and S is the elongation stress (kg/cm) of said sheet (B) at 30% elongation at the temperature of said compression molding.     摘要: A polyester block copolymer having an inherent viscosity of at least 0.6, which comprises (A) 30 to 90% by weight of polyester segments comprising a benzenedicarboxylic acid as the main acid component and a diol having 5 to 12 carbon atoms between the hydroxyl groups as the main glycol component and (B) 70 to 10% by weight of polyester segments comprising an aromatic dicarboxylic acid as the main acid component and ethylene glycol, trimethylene glycol, tetramethylene glycol or 1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol as the main glycol component, wherein (i) when a polyester having an inherent viscosity of at least 0.6 is formed by polycondensation of the components constituting the polyester segments (A), the melting point of the obtained polyester is lower than 50.degree. C. or the obtained polyester is amorphous, and (ii) when a polyester having an inherent viscosity of at least 0.6 is formed by polycondensation of the components constituting the polyester segments (B), the melting point of the polyester is higher than 180.degree. C. This polyester block copolymer provides an elastic yarn having a high elastic recovery and a high heat resistance.

    摘要: A resin molded article having a moveable projecting portion suitable for use in forming a keyboard or keyboard switch and which is substantially free from flex fatigue. At least the moveable projecting portion of the molded article is formed from a resin composition containing a polyether ester block copolymer and a small amount of an alkali metal salt of an aliphatic carboxylic acid having 10 to 36 carbon atoms. The polyether ester block copolymer contains units from terephthalic acid, tetramethylene glycol and polyoxytetramethylene glycol. The resin molded article includes a thick projecting (moveable) portion, a base portion and a flexible thin side portion connecting the thick projecting portion to the base portion. The side portion has a thickness of 0.05 to 0.5 mm and a flexibility retention of at least 85%.
