    Abstract: A resistive memory including a transistor and a variable resistor is disclosed. The transistor includes a gate, a source and a drain. The variable resistor is coupled between the drain and a node. During a setting period, the gate receives a first gate voltage, the source receives a first source voltage, the node receives a first drain voltage, and the first source voltage is equal to a grounding voltage. After the setting period, if a resistance value of the variable resistor is not less than a first pre-determined value, a first verification operation is performed. When the first verification operation is being performed, the gate receives a second gate voltage, the node receives a second drain voltage less than the first drain voltage, and the source receives a second source voltage equal to the grounding voltage.

    Abstract: The invention provides a handler and a method for testing the same. The handler comprises a sorter and a testing module. The testing module further comprises a signal generator, a sensor, and a signal comparator. The signal generator generates and sends out a first handling signal. The sorter receives the first handling signal and correspondingly places a first electronic component on a first region according to the first handling signal. The sensor senses the first electronic component on the first region, and then correspondingly generates and sends out a second handling signal.     Abstract: A continuously adjustable rotation device includes a base, a first connection element combined with the base, a ring buckle, a transmission disc, a second connection element, and a rotation controller. The transmission disc is formed on the contacting portion of the base, forming an inclination angle and contacting the second connection element for transmission of force. By using the rotation controller, one can select a rotation direction by properly contacting with the transmission disc. When the rotation direction is selected, the second connection element and the transmission disc then drive the first connection element to rotate in the designated direction. One can thus perform a continuously adjustable rotation. Therefore, no alignment is needed when assembling the rotation device, which will enhance the production yield and lower the manufacturing cost.

    Abstract: A memory cell includes a memory element, a current-limiting element electrically coupled to the memory element, and a high-selection-ratio element electrically coupled to the current-limiting element. The memory element is configured to store data as a resistance state.
