    摘要: The present invention provides a scroll type fluid machine which enables both of a fixed scroll and an orbiting scroll to be cooled by means of a cooling fan, and which enables an overall size of the machine to be compact. Cooling fans 38A and 38B are connected to a rotary shaft 18 between an electric motor 15 and orbiting scrolls 26A and 26B. Outer cases 3A and 3B are provided with flow inlet openings 42A and 42B, flow outlet openings 43A and 43B, scroll ducts 44A and 44B and cooling device ducts 46A and 46B. Compression portions 6A and 6B are operated by rotatably driving the rotary shaft 18 using the electric motor 15. In this instance, the cooling fans 38A and 38B are rotated with the rotary shaft. Therefore, with a simple structure having no electric fans, the fixed scrolls 7A and 7B, the orbiting scrolls 26A and 26B and the cooling device 47 can be efficiently cooled, and a compressor having a compact size and a high cooling performance can be formed.

    摘要: There is provided a scroll compressor comprising: a fixed-side member comprising a casing and a fixed scroll member provided in the casing; a driving shaft rotatably provided in the casing; an orbiting scroll member orbitably provided at a distal end of the driving shaft; a suction opening provided in the fixed-side member; and a discharge opening provided in the fixed-side member. Each of the scroll members includes an end plate and a spiral wrap portion standing on the end plate. The wrap portion of the orbiting scroll member is adapted to overlap the wrap portion of the fixed scroll member so as to define a plurality of compression chambers. The suction opening communicates with the outermost compression chamber, and the discharge opening is adapted to discharge a compressed gas from an inner compression chamber. A seal member comprising an elastic member is provided around an outer circumferential surface of the orbiting scroll member, so as to seal the compression chambers relative to outside air between the orbiting scroll member and the fixed-side member. The seal member has an opening on a radially inner side thereof and has a generally U-shaped cross-section.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a floating caliper type disc brake which can effectively suppress the occurrence of uneven wear in linings of respective pads, and effectively suppress the occurrence of noise and judder during braking. In the present invention, a caliper is supported by a support member displaceably in an axial direction of a rotor. Pressed-side shim plates are respectively lined on reverse surfaces of back plates of pads supported by the support, while supporting-side shim plates are lined on an inner side surface of a claw portion and on a distal end face of a piston. The pressed-side shim plates and the pressing-side shim plates are respectively retained by mating members to be lined on by means of resilient retainers, and one surface of each of the mutually opposing pressed-side shim plates and one surface of each of the pressing-side shim plates are slidably abutted against each other.
