摘要: In a drive assembly of the invention, a first catch tank is provided above a casing that keeps lubricating oil accumulated in a bottom thereof for immersion of part of a rotor of a motor MG3 and of part of a differential ring gear of a differential gear. The first catch tank temporarily keeps the lubricating oil scooped up from the bottom of the casing by the rotation of the differential ring gear. The lubricating oil kept in the first catch tank is flowed down by the force of gravity and is fed to peripheral bearings. A second catch tank is arranged to temporarily keep the lubricating oil scooped up from the bottom of the casing by the rotation of the rotor of the motor MG3. The lubricating oil kept in the second catch tank is flowed down by the force of gravity and is fed to peripheral bearings. This arrangement desirably shortens oil paths connecting the respective catch tanks to the peripheral bearings and ensures smooth supply of the lubricating oil to all the peripheral bearings and other oil-requiring sites.

摘要: To provide a vehicle control apparatus which can suppress a shock in a clutch from being generated at a time of starting an engine by a motor in a vehicle having the clutch provided therein between the engine and the motor, thereby improving a drivability of the vehicle. Provided is a vehicle control apparatus, comprising: an engine, a motor generator connected to vehicle wheels of a vehicle, and a clutch that switches a transmission state between a disengaging state and an engaging state, in which the vehicle control apparatus switches the clutch in the engaging state to start the engine by the motor generator. When the engine is started by the motor generator, the vehicle control apparatus constantly keeps the compensation torque of the motor generator smaller than the clutch torque of the clutch.

摘要: A vehicle control device includes: an engine and a first motor generator from both of which a driving force for traveling is output to drive wheels; and an electricity storage device that storages electric power for driving the first motor generator. When a vehicle weight is in a reference state at a time of deceleration braking, the first motor generator is mainly caused, out of the first motor generator and the engine, to generate a braking force, and when the vehicle weight is greater than that in the reference state, the engine is mainly caused, out of the first motor generator and the engine, to generate the braking force. Thus, a sufficient braking force can be obtained while an input limit of the electricity storage device is prevented from being reached.

摘要: A control device of a vehicle including an engine, an electric motor, and a clutch configured to achieve a mechanically directly-coupled state of a power transmission path between the engine/the electric motor and drive wheels, the control device causing the clutch to be slip-engaged or released when the engine is started during motor running in which only the electric motor is used as a drive force source for running with the clutch engaged, the control device being configured such that when the clutch is engaged during the motor running, an engagement pressure is made lower than an engagement pressure when the clutch is engaged during engine running in which at least the engine is used as a drive force source for running, and in the case of running with the clutch engaged, the engagement pressure of the clutch is constantly adjusted based on output torque of the electric motor during the motor running, while the engagement pressure of the clutch is not adjusted during the engine running.

摘要: It is provided a vehicle power transmission device having a torque converter and a power transmission mechanism in a power transmission path between an engine and drive wheels, the torque converter including an input-side rotating member disposed with a plurality of pump blades, an output-side rotating member disposed with a plurality of turbine blades receiving a fluid flow from the pump blades, and a stator disposed with a stator blade disposed between the pump blades and the turbine blades, the power transmission mechanism transmitting power input to an input shaft from the torque converter to a subsequent stage, within a circulation flow passage allowing circulation of fluid in the torque converter, a circulation outward passage allowing the fluid to flow toward the inside of the torque converter at the time of the circulation being made up of a gap between the input shaft of the power transmission mechanism and a tubular stator shaft coupled via a one way clutch to the stator, and the stator shaft being concentric with the input shaft and has a diameter larger than the input shaft, the torque converter including a lockup clutch selectively coupling the input-side rotating member to the output-side rotating member, the lockup clutch having a release-side chamber consisting of a portion of the circulation outward passage and having an inner pressure increased by supply of the fluid when the lockup clutch is released, the lockup clutch being disposed on a side opposite to the stator shaft relative to the output-side rotating member, the circulation outward passage including a through-hole penetrating the output-side rotating member in an axial center direction of the torque converter to be in communication with a gap between the input shaft of the power transmission mechanism and the stator shaft, and a gap in the axial center direction between the stator and the output-side rotating member being oil-tightly sealed on an outer circumferential side of the through-hole.

摘要: A vehicle power transmission device having a torque converter in a power transmission path between an engine and drive wheels, the torque converter including an input-side rotating member disposed with a plurality of pump blades, an output-side rotating member disposed with a plurality of turbine blades receiving a fluid flow from the pump blades, and a stator disposed with a stator blade disposed between the pump blades and the turbine blades, the vehicle power transmission device includes: a case including a first chamber and a second chamber separated by a bulkhead disposed on an opposite side of the torque converter to the engine, the first chamber housing the torque converter, the second chamber being formed on an opposite side of the bulkhead to the torque converter, the first chamber and the second chamber being oil-tightly isolated from each other by an oil seal oil-tightly sealing a gap between an inner circumferential surface of the bulkhead and an outer circumferential surface of a cylindrical rotation shaft projected from the input-side rotating member toward the second chamber, the vehicle power transmission device being disposed with a thrust bearing between a side wall portion of the input-side rotating member closer to the bulkhead and the stator, the thrust bearing being disposed to partially or entirely overlap with the oil seal when viewed in a direction orthogonal to an axial center of the torque converter. a one way clutch being disposed between the stator and a non-rotating member which supports the stator, and a portion of the one way clutch protruding toward the second chamber as compared to the stator and an inner race of the one way clutch, the input-side rotating member having an annular projecting portion formed by projecting a portion at a radial position corresponding to the thrust bearing toward the bulkhead over entire circumference in the side wall portion of the input-side rotating member closer to the bulkhead, and the annular projecting portion containing the thrust bearing and a portion of the one way clutch.

摘要: In a case of engagement when a clutch K0 disposed between an engine 12 and a motor generator MG is engaged during EV running while a release instruction for the clutch K0 is output, drive of the engine 12 is changed such that a rotation speed NE of the engine 12 approaches a rotation speed NMG of the motor generator MG and, therefore, a drag torque of the engine 12 can be suppressed regardless of an engagement state of the clutch K0, and generation of longitudinal acceleration can be suppressed by reducing a slip time of the clutch K0. Therefore, a control device of a hybrid vehicle 10 can be provided that reduces a driver's uncomfortable feeling in a simplified manner in a case of wrong engagement of the clutch K0.
