Provided are a fluorine-containing (meth)acrylic (co)polymer that scarcely generates gas when subjected to molding process, and is capable of supplying a molded body excellent in external appearance and transparency; a fluorine-containing (meth)acrylic resin film thereof; and a fluororesin laminated resin film having the same properties. The (co)polymer is a fluorine-containing (meth)acrylic (co)polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer component including 100 to 70% by weight of a fluoroalkyl(meth)acrylate monomer, and 0 to 30% by weight of a different monomer copolymerizable therewith by effect of a radical polymerization initiator having a solubility in water of 0.1% or less by weight at 25 C, and having 8 to 14 carbon atoms.

A vinylidene fluoride-based resin film including polyvinylidene fluoride whose average spherocrystal diameter is less than 0.1 μm that is a detection limit or lower by observation using a transmission electron microscope is provided, the average spherocrystal diameter being obtained by shaping a vinylidene fluoride-based resin in a molten state by sandwiching the resin between rollers or metal belts so as to let it cool down. Thereby, a vinylidene fluoride-based resin film and a vinylidene fluoride-based resin multilayered film having excellent transparency, weather resistance, chemical resistance, break resistance and formability are provided.

The film is shaped by sandwiching a vinylidene fluoride resin in a molten state between rollers or metal belts so as to let them cool down, thus realizing polyvinylidene fluoride with a fine average spherocrystal diameter. Thus, the vinylidene fluoride resin film having the above-stated properties can be obtained.

A ring oscillation circuit, which can operate the ring oscillation due to a positive feedback stably and continuously, is provided and it is applied to an accurate measurement of delay time and a measurement of timing accuracy in a jitter of a clock signal or the like with a high accuracy. A ring oscillation circuit comprises a delay circuit and a monostable multivibrator. An output of the delay circuit is connected to an input of the monostable multivibrator, an output of the monostable multivibrator is connected to an input of the delay circuit, and the delay circuit and the monostable multivibrator configure a positive feedback loop. An oscillation starting circuit for starting oscillation upon receipt of an input of a trigger pulse for triggering oscillation is provided on the positive feedback loop, or in the inside of the delay circuit or the monostable multivibrator.
