    摘要: A power transmission device for a tractor in which a main shifting device and a secondary shifting device are disposed in front and back of one another within a transmission case which is mounted on a rear part of the tractor body is disclosed. Drive power, which is transmitted from an engine, is changed in speed by the main shifting device and secondary shifting device and then transmitted to an axle through a differential shaft. The differential shaft is disposed between the main shifting device and secondary shifting device. A lower link for connecting a piece of agricultural machinery is pivotably connected to the transmission case on the side of the secondary shifting device and behind the differential shaft. Various shafts within the transmission case are arranged on two different vertical level above and below the differential shaft, which extends at right angles with respect to these shafts. The differential shaft is connected to the axle through a reduction gear apparatus which has a counter-shaft. Furthermore, a brake device for braking the differential shaft is provided.

    摘要: A power transmission device for use in a motor vehicle in which an engine is mounted on the front part and a transmission case is mounted on the rear part of the vehicle. A plurality of shifting shafts are axially supported within the transmission case in parallel with one another. Between these shift shafts, a plurality of shifting gear trains, which are engaged and disengaged by a hydraulic clutch, are provided. One of the shifting shafts is connected to the output side of a wet multi-disc main clutch which is disposed in a separate chamber within the transmission case. The input side of the clutch is connected to the engine. An oil pump is disposed within the transmission case. Oil discharged from the pump is controlled by a control valve and is then supplied to the respective oil clutches and bearings through an oil passage disposed along the wall of the transmission case and an oil passage disposed in the axial direction within the shifing shaft. The engine power, which is changed in speed, is transmitted to the front wheels through a front wheel drive shaft and also transmitted to an agricultural machinery through a PTO shaft.

    摘要: A clutch for equipment which is powered by an internal combustion engine, comprising a drive member which is connected to an output shaft of the engine, a driven member connected to an input shaft of a power transmission device, a number of clutch plates which are interposed between the drive member and the driven member for frictional engagement between the two members by a pressure member which is axially moveable and is biased by a spring, a lifter member for disengagement of the two members against the biasing force acting on the pressure member, and a brake device for stopping the motion of the driven member when the power transmission between the two members is disconnected. The brake device comprises a friction plate which is provided coaxially to the input shaft of the transmission device so as to be moveable along the axial direction but fixed along the circumferential direction and a brake plate which can press the friction plate against an axial end surface of the driven member in cooperation with the axial motion of the pressure member. Since the braking action of the brake device is produced by the axial motion of the lifter member, the structure for the brake device is extremely simplified.

    摘要: A control apparatus for a vehicle transmission is provided which has at least two transmission trains, which includes a high speed transmission train and a low speed transmission train. The low speed transmission train includes a one-way clutch. Each of the transmission trains have a clutch therein. The control apparatus comprises a hydraulic circuit coupled to the clutch and a creep-preventer which is coupled to the hydraulic circuit for operating in response to the idling of the vehicle engine when the vehicle is stopped, and to make the one-way clutch inoperative to prevent transmission of power through the low speed transmission when the clutch of the high speed transmission is engaged, to thereby permit operation of the clutch of the low speed transmission train without the transmission of power therethrough.

The high speed oil pressure clutch is arranged to be given oil supply by such an arrangement that an oil supply pipe projecting from the transmission casing is inserted in a center opening made in the rotary shaft supporting the clutch. The low speed oil pressure clutch is arranged to be given oil supply through an oil supply opening made in an extension which surrounds the rotary shaft supporting the clutch and projects from the valve block towards the clutch side.

In a hold range of the manual valve, the valve is interposed between the low speed oil pressure clutch and the shift valve means for dividing the oil passage into third oil passage on its upstream side and fourth oil passage on its downstream side, having no communication between third and fourth passage and establishing a communication between fourth and first oil passage without through the shift valve means.
