摘要： A centralized control mechanism for a multi-motor drive, the mechanism including: a plurality of independent motor drive modules; a power source module; an interface control microprocessor; a communication module; and a plurality of interface modules of motors. The power source module supplies power for each circuit, and each independent motor drive module drives one permanent magnet motor. Each motor drive module includes a motor microprocessor, an inverter circuit, and a phase current detection circuit. The phase current detection circuit transmits detected data to the motor microprocessor, and the motor microprocessor outputs multiple paths of PWM signals to the inverter circuit and controls the inverter circuit. An output end of the inverter circuit is connected to a coil winding of the PM motor. The plurality of motor microprocessors communicates with the interface control microprocessor via a data bus. The interface control microprocessor communicates with the outside via the communication module.

摘要： An electronically commutated motor, including: a motor body and a motor controller. The motor controller includes a control box and a circuit board disposed in the control box. The circuit board includes a microprocessor, an inverter circuit, a gear detection circuit, and a power supply. The gear detection circuit includes a plurality of current sensing units. The output end of the power supply supplies power to each circuit, and a first AC input end of the power supply is connected to a first power input line N. The gear detection circuit is connected to a plurality of gear input lines. At least one of the gear input lines is selected to be in an energized state. Each gear input line is correspondingly connected to a first input end of one of the current sensing units.

摘要： A variable speed fan motor, including: a variable speed motor and a motor controller. The motor controller includes a microprocessor, an inverter circuit, a gear detection circuit, and a power supply unit. The gear detection circuit includes a plurality of Hall current sensing units. Each second power input line is connected with a first input end of each of the Hall current sensing units. Second input ends of the Hall current sensing units are connected in parallel, and are connected with a second AC input end of the power supply unit. An output end of the Hall current sensing unit is connected with an input end of the microprocessor. The microprocessor selects operating parameters according to an energized signal of the second power input lines and controls the variable speed motor to operate in accordance with the selected operating parameters.

摘要： A motor controller includes a rectifier module, an inverter circuit, an energy storage capacitor C1, a DC inductor L1, a microprocessor, and a lightning protection and surge protection circuit. The rectifier module includes an output end connected to the energy storage capacitor C1 to charge the energy storage capacitor C1; two ends of the energy storage capacitor C1 are connected to the inverter circuit to supply power to the energy storage capacitor C1. The DC inductor L1 is in series connection between a positive output end A of the rectifier module and a positive end B of the energy storage capacitor C1. The lightning protection and surge protection circuit is disposed between the rectifier module and the energy storage capacitor C1. The lightning protection and surge protection circuit includes a differential mode protection circuit and a primary common mode protection circuit.
