摘要: The present disclosure discloses a modular large spherical tank internal detection device with a self-locking function, and belongs to the technical field of safety detection of large spherical tanks. The detection device includes a transmission group and a detection group. A movable pin is matched with the rotation of a second motor in an unconnected state, so that inner central shafts rotate to realize up-down movement of a detecting instrument in a vertical plane. The movable pin is matched with the rotation of a first motor in a connected state, so that the whole detection device rotates round a central axis of a large spherical tank to realize horizontal circumferential movement of the detecting instrument. All detection of a spherical surface inside the large spherical tank can be completed by combining two types of movement of the detecting instrument.

摘要: An ion source enhanced AlCrSiN coating for a cutting tool is provided. The ion source enhanced AlCrSiN coaling has gradient Si content and grain size, including sequentially an AlCrSiN working layer, an interlayer and an AlCrN bottom layer in order from a surface of the coating to a substrate, wherein from the AlCrN bottom layer to the AlCrSiN working layer, Si content in the interlayer is gradually increased, and the interlayer has a texture that changes from coarse columnar crystals to fine nanocrystals and amorphous body. A texture of the coating, in which the grain size is gradually decreased, sequentially includes coarse columnar crystals, fine columnar crystals and fine equiaxed crystals. A method for preparing the ion source enhanced AlCrSiN coating with the gradient Si content and grain size is provided as well as a cutting tool having the coating deposited thereon.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of composite coating preparation, in particular to a method for plasma-assisted and multi-step continuous preparation of a diffusion layer/amorphous carbon film composite coating and use thereof. In the present disclosure, a high-temperature plasma carburizing/nitriding technology and a low-temperature plasma carbon coating technology are combined by a plasma activation technology with argon ion under gradient cooling, and the surface of a material is activated by multiple bombardment on the surface of the material with high-energy argon ions. In this way, a cluster-like porous and loose structure on a surface of the diffusion layer is removed. In summary, the multi-step continuous preparation of the diffusion layer/amorphous carbon film composite coating is formed based on an integrated technology of the high-temperature plasma diffusion with nitrogen/carbon ion and plasma activation with argon ion under gradient cooling and plasma coating with low-temperature carbon ion.

摘要: The metal ceramic powder with a particle size of 15-45 µm and suitable for thermal spraying is prepared through a combination of mechanical ball milling, spray granulation, and vacuum sintering. The metal ceramic powder is sprayed on a surface of a steel substrate adopting the high velocity oxygen fuel (HVOF) technology with oxygen-propane as fuel and taking oxygen as a combustion improver, propane as fuel, nitrogen as powder feeding carrier gas, and air as a cooling medium to prepare and form the NiCrBSi—ZrB2 composite coating. The present disclosure solves the problem that ZrB2 ceramic is difficult to compact during sintering and improves powder bonding strength and fluidity. The preparation method is simple, has advantages of high coating deposition efficiency and convenient equipment operation, and is cost-effective. The preparation method can improve thermal corrosion resistance and high-temperature wear resistance of a surface of boiler, and prolonging lifetime of the boiler.

摘要: A preparation method of zaleplon is provided and belongs to the technical field of pharmaceutical chemistry. The preparation method adopts simple and cheap m-nitrobenzaldehyde and triethylamine as raw materials, and constructs a core structure of zaleplon with high efficiency and high selectivity through a one-pot series reaction without transition metal catalysis, thereby avoiding the formation of isomers, reducing the generation of by-products, increasing the yield of target products and reducing the synthesis cost; and after simple nitro reduction modification, zaleplon is prepared. 摘要: A sodium alginate-gelatin based biochar multivariate composite material, a preparation method therefor and a method for removing cadmium in water body are provided and relate to the technical field of biochar adsorbent materials. The sodium alginate-gelatin based biochar multivariate composite material has a high and stable removal efficiency for cadmium divalent cation (Cd2+) in a potential of hydrogen (pH) range of 4-7 in the water body, with a maximum adsorption capacity of 86.25 (milligrams per gram) mg/g. The composite material of the disclosure has good recyclability. After five regeneration tests, the adsorption capacity of the composite material for Cd2+ can still reach 70% of the initial adsorption capacity. The preparation method of the disclosure has simple process, easy control, low manufacturing cost, and is suitable for large-scale production and application.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method of constructing a solid slippery surface, belonging to the technical field of preparation of lubricating materials. The method of constructing a solid slippery surface comprises (1) constructing a metal oxide coating on the surface of a metal substrate by anodic oxidation, and then modifying the metal oxide coating using a low surface energy material to afford a superhydrophobic coating; and (2) fulling mixing photothermal nanoparticles and solid paraffin, followed by infusing the mixture onto the surface of the superhydrophobic coating to afford the solid slippery surface. The preparation method of the present invention is performed in a simple process and is environmentally friendly. The solid slippery surface constructed in the present invention has excellent photothermal and anti-icing performance, making some improvements in the field of copper metal anti-icing.
