Abstract:
The present invention relates to an illumination device comprising a number of light sources arranged in at least a first group of light sources and in a second group of light sources, where said first group of light sources and said second group of light sources are individually controllable. First and second optical means collect light from the first and second group of light sources and convert the collected light into a number of first and second light beams. The illumination device comprises further first and second zoom optics adapted to change the beam diverges and/or width of respectively the first and second light beams and the illumination device is capable of controlling the first and second zoom optics individually. The present invention relates further to a method of controlling such illumination device.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a light controller for controlling a lightning system, where the lightning system comprises a number of light emitting devices such as controllable light fixtures, controllable light emitting visual devices and/or controllable display devices adapted to emit video content. The light controller comprises a first slide controller, a second slide controller, and a locking mechanism adapted to fix the first slide controller and the second slide controller in relation to each other, such that movement of at least one of the slide controllers forces the other slide controller to perform a corresponding movement.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an illumination device comprising a number of LEDs, means for receiving an input signal, means for generating an activation signal for at least one of the LEDs based on the input signal. The illumination device comprises further means for obtaining the voltage across and current through the LED and the means for generating the activation signal is adapted to generate the activating signal based on the voltage, the current and a current-voltage model related to LED. The current-voltage model defines a relationship between the current, the voltage and the colorimetric properties of said light emitted by LED. The present invention relates also to a method of controlling and a meted of calibrating such illumination device.
Abstract:
An illumination device a first light source array a first light source. The first light source can generate a first light beam having a first spectral distribution. The first light beam can propagate primarily in a first direction along an optical axis. A second light source array can be included, having a second light source that generates a second light beam having a second spectral distribution. Also included can be a first dichroic reflector positioned partially in the first and the second light beams. The first dichroic reflector can transmit a part of the first and the second light beams. The second light beam can propagate in a second direction towards a part of the first light source array and opposite the first direction. Further, a part of the second light beam can propagate primarily in first direction after being reflected by the first dichroic reflector.
Abstract:
The present invention discloses an illumination device comprising a base, a yoke connected to and rotatable relative to the base and a head connected to and rotatable relative to the yoke. The head comprises at least one light source generating light and the yoke comprises at least one yoke shell part and at least one motor connected to a bearing through a belt. The yoke shell part comprises belt tensioning means adapted to tighten the belt upon mounting of said yoke shell part. The present invention discloses further a method of manufacturing such illumination device. The method comprises the steps of arranging at least one motor on the yoke, arranging at least one bearing on the yoke, connecting the motor and the bearing by arranging a belt there between and arranging a yoke shell part on the and tightening the belt using said belt tensioning means.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to an optical light mixer providing a homogenized and uniform light beam where the optical light mixer is formed of a solid transparent material and light enters the optical light mixer through an entrance surface and is reflected through said body to an exit surface where said light exits said optical light mixer. The optical light mixer comprises a first part formed as a pyramid frustum where the top surface of the pyramid frustum forms the entrance surface and a second part formed as a cone frustum and where the bottom surface the cone frustum forms the exit surface. The present invention relates also to an illumination device comprising a number of light sources and such optical light mixer.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a moving head light fixture, which moving head light fixture comprises a light generating head, which head is carried in a yoke, which head is rotatable to the yoke, which yoke is rotatable to a base, which head comprises electronic circuits for LED control. The moving head comprises a first and a second end section, which first and second end sections comprise a number of light sources. Hereby it can be achieved that the moving head light fixture which is able at the same time to generate a light into different directions. By having independent control over the light sources in both directions, it is possible to control the light from an external controller independently in both directions. The light sources could be formed out of a multiple of single light sources generating light at different colors. In this way it should be possible by means of an external command to the moving head light fixture to control the color of the light as well in the front direction and also in the opposite rear direction.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to entertainments systems comprising a light controller connected to at least one moving head light fixture through a communication channel and to moving head light fixtures, where a moving head comprises switching means for switching said moving head between a normal mode of operation and a follow spot mode of operation, said follow spot mode of operation being characterized in that at least said first rotating means or said second rotating means being deactivated. Ii is thus possible to use the moving head as both an automatic moving head an as a manual moved follow spot. The moving head comprises also position encoding means determining to position of the moving head and other moving heads in the entertainment system thus be controlled based on the position of the first moving head.
