摘要: A garment that includes one or more grip elements is disclosed. The grip elements, as disposed on a garment, may enable enhanced frictional forces between the garment and an object, such as exercise equipment, with which the garment may make contact. The grip elements may be composite structures disposed on one or more surfaces of the garment and may include an elastomeric and/or rubbery material with grit materials, such as sand, alumina, silicon carbide, or the like, embedded therein. The grit material may be at least partially exposed at the surface of the grip elements and may enhance gripping forces when the grip elements are wet, such as with sweat, compared to grip elements formed by only elastomeric materials. Grip elements may be formed on various portions of a garment separately and then those portions may be attached to each other to form the garment with grip elements.

摘要: Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. A technique includes using machine learning to create or extract a laser input file for wear pattern from an existing garment. Machine learning can be by a generative adversarial network, having generative and discriminative neural nets. The generative adversarial network is trained and then used to create a model. This model is used generate the laser input file from an image of the existing garment with the finishing pattern. With this laser input file, a laser can re-create the wear pattern from the existing garment onto a new garment.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a one-piece textile by a jacquard machine includes a preparation step, a jacquard weaving step, a textile separation step, and a textile ironing step. A woven cloth is made of the method and includes a base fabric and multiple textiles connected with the base fabric by at least one sewing area. The woven cloth is a one-piece structure made by a jacquard machine. The textiles are separated by trimming the at least one sewing area from the woven cloth. Each textile is a complete product with a one-piece structure without sewing. The manufacturing method can improve the efficiency of textile production.

摘要: A clothing ensemble for use in water includes a swimsuit and an undergarment that is independent from the swimsuit and that is worn at least partially beneath the swimsuit. The undergarment includes at least a pair of leg panels and a center panel that extends between the pair of leg panels. The leg panels are coupled to the center panel only by a forward seam and a rear seam that each extend from an inner portion of a wearer's first thigh to an inner portion of the wearer's second thigh. The center panel includes at least one pouch formed therein that is configured to dispense powder towards the wearer. The undergarment is fabricated from a non-rubberized material woven that induces tension to the wearer and that enables the undergarment to conform to the wearer. The pair of leg panels each include a leg band.

The garment is made of an abrasive resistant fabric, such as aramid fibers, in particular, Kevlar, and is preferably made in a woven or knitted pattern so as to be soft to the touch and breathable so that the garment is comfortable to wear under clothing. The undergarment may include stirrups attached at the bottom of each leg to prevent movement of the reinforced areas in the event of a fall.

摘要: The present invention provides an easy settable stretch fabric comprising three types of yarns: a rigid fiber, an elastic fiber, and a low-melt fiber, wherein the low-melt fiber comprises low-melt polymer which can be fused in the temperature between 60° C. to 200° C.′, being higher than the temperature used for normal textile process and household laundry, but lower than the temperature used for heat setting elastic fiber. The low-melt fiber can be selected from a group of fibers made from modified polyester, nylon, and polypropylene and the copolymer from them in the form of staple or filament.
