摘要: A fabric folding machine contains: a body and a limiter. The body includes an external housing, an internal housing, and a connection portion. The external housing has a first peripheral fence, a second peripheral fence, and two third peripheral fences, wherein the internal housing is disposed in the external housing, and between the external housing and the internal housing is defined a through hole which has a first segment and a second segment, a height of the first segment is more than that of the second segment, and a width of the internal housing gradually decreases from the first segment to the second segment. The first peripheral fence has a first orifice defined, and the second peripheral fence has a second orifice and two guiding apertures. The limiter includes a sheet and a protrusion, and the sheet has two openings defined thereon.

摘要: A fabric folding machine structure is used for receiving and folding a fabric woven by a circular knitting machine. A fabric folding machine is added to the circular knitting machine without changing the length, width, and height of the fabric rolling machine. The fabric folding machine has a carrying base for carrying the fabric, and both ends of the carrying base are fixed to the bottom of two side seats, and a plurality of fabric rolling rods disposed between the two side seats define a carrying space, and the two side seats include a fabric folding unit for driving the fabric on the carrying base, and the fabric folding unit can drive the fabric back and forth in the carrying space to fold the fabric on the carrying base, so as to provide a larger carrying space and a higher fabric storing capacity than a prior art fabric folding machine.

摘要: The machine of the present invention fabricates briefs having an openable front panel from two continuous half width webs. The first and second web paths are transversely spaced. It includes feeding and folding devices to add a V-folded reinforcing strip along the edge of one web. Feeder and tensioning devices are included for elastomeric strands that shirr the briefs and to add a re-closable tape across the front panel opening. One of the webs is printed with adhesive at spaced intervals to bond portions of the two overlapped webs in central areas of overlap that become the rear panel after the web is cut into segments and transversely folded. The machine attaches components of the brief and cuts leg apertures and side flaps on each web while the advancing overlapped webs are continuous. After transfer to a rotary drum, the web is severed into overlapped segments which are then cross folded by drum elements before the flaps extending from each side are folded over to secure the back panel to the openable front panel. Another embodiment severs the web into segments before being transferred to the drum for final cross folding into front-rear panels and flap foldover to connect the panels together.

摘要: This disclosure teaches an apparatus for manufacturing and stacking hemmed fabric pieces (usually pockets) with the hems either lined or unlined. In the case of lined hemmed fabric pieces, pieces of a liner tape are fed in cut lengths in turn along a path. Limp fabric pieces (the pockets) are inserted manually by an operator and are positioned automatically each on one of the liner pieces. A hem is formed out of a margin of the fabric piece around its related liner piece and a terminal margin flap is tucked under itself. The hem is sewn along the terminal flap. The hemmed lined fabric pieces are then inserted in turn into a cartridge upwardly and the cartridge is revolved about a vertical axis as successive of the hemmed lined fabric pieces are inserted therein so that uneven height caused by the hems is distributed about the stack. In the case of unlined fabric pieces, the apparatus functions substantially the same in positioning the limp fabric pieces, hemming and stacking.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for continuously manufacturing elastic pants (28), wherein a flat web material (1, 16, 19) is continuously conveyed in a longitudinal direction (8) of the web material (1, 16, 19), is shaped into a closed tube (4), and is closed in the longitudinal direction (8). The closed tube (4) forms a first outer layer (9). Elastic threads (10) in the form of a tubular reinforcement are then wound around the first outer layer (9) in the conveying direction (8) in such a way that the elastic threads (10) are taut when the outer layer (9) has a convex shape. A second outer layer (15) is then continuously applied to the elastic threads (10) in the conveying direction (8) and is joined to the elastic threads (10) and/or the first outer layer (9). The first outer layer (9), the elastic threads (10) and the second outer layer (15) form an elastic pants web material (21). Further down in the conveying direction (8), the pants web material (21) is closed along a joining section (29) in regular intervals such that the joining section (29) forms two approximately equally large opening sections that lie opposite each other in the transverse direction. Further down in the conveying direction (8), the pants web material (21) is cut at a distance from the joining section (29) such that a pair of elastic pants (28) is formed.

摘要: A method for manufacturing of garments comprises the steps of obtaining a pattern of a garment, cutting at least one fabric according to the pattern into a plurality of fabric pieces, attaching the plurality of fabric pieces together to create an unfinished garment, and forming a final garment by pleating the unfinished garment. The pleating step creates at least one one-way pleated element and at least one two-way pleated element in the final garment. Pleats of the at least one one-way pleated element and pleats of the at least one two-way pleated element are created without securing the pleats in place.

摘要: The machine of the present invention is used to produce articles of apparel having an openable front or rear panel. It includes feeder mechanisms to supply two half width webs and webs for reinforced edges through cutter mechanisms where webs cut into segments for the desired garment are overlapped to provide a central opening. Segments are transferred to a carrier drum having folding devices which are operative while the drum rotates. A full width web with a pattern of adhesive pre-applied to selected margins is overlaid on top. The underlying segments have extension flaps along selected margins which are folded around and over the edges of the top panel segment and bondably seamed to it by means on, or co-acting with, the carrier drum. Seams can be made along transverse, longitudinal, or skewed lines by different folding device arrangements. In another embodiment, an openable front or rear panel can be produced by including a transverse vacuum folding roll to half fold overlapped segments into a front/rear panel configuration and means to then fold extensions on each rear half panel over the transversely folded front half portions positioned away from the drum surface. Machine arrangements can include special devices for features like pockets, shoulder pieces, shirt collars, etc.
