    摘要: A system for compounding precise amounts of fluid from one or more source containers into at least one target container is described. The fluid can be drawn from the one or more source containers via an intermediate measuring container such as a syringe pump actuated by a stepper motor or other electronic motor. A system controller can use a measured back EMF value of the motor to determine a pressure within a syringe pump, and control the operation of the motor based at least in part on the determined pressure. The determined pressures of a plurality of syringe pumps can be used to optimize the speed at which the syringe pumps dispense fluid from the source containers while avoiding an overpressure condition which can compromise a compounding process and damage one-way valves within the system.

    摘要: In certain embodiments, a vial adaptor comprises a housing configured to couple the adaptor with a vial, an access channel, a regulator channel, and a regulator assembly. The access channel is configured to facilitate withdrawal of fluid from the vial when the adaptor is coupled to the vial. The regulator channel is configured to facilitate a flow of a regulating fluid from the regulator assembly to compensate for changes in volume of a medical fluid in the vial. In some embodiments, the regulator assembly includes a flexible member configured to expand and contract in accordance with changes in the volume of the medical fluid in the vial. In some embodiments, the flexible member is substantially free to expand and contract. In some embodiments, the flexible member is not partly or completely located in a rigid enclosure.

The hand-housing assembly has a handle. A plunger assembly extends through the hand-housing assembly and includes a push rod and a push rod head removably coupled to the push rod. The push rod has a plurality of first notches and a plurality of second notches formed thereon. The push rod selectively cooperates with the pawl-spring assembly to advance the push rod and the push rod head during a dispensing operation.

    摘要: A coinfusion apparatus including a coinfusion operation section; a coinfusion processing room; a supply section; and a transfusion bag retention section. The coinfusion operation section consists of first and second robot arms. The first robot arm retains a medical agent container. The second robot arm performs an operation to insert a syringe needle of a syringe to a mouth section of the medical agent container and an operation to insert the syringe needle of the syringe to a coinfusion mouth of the transfusion bag. The coinfusion processing room holds the coinfusion operation section. The supply section supplies the medical agent container and the syringe into the coinfusion processing room. The transfusion bag retention section retains the transfusion bag at the outer side of the coinfusion processing room and positions the coinfusion mouth of the transfusion bag at the coinfusion communication mouth formed in the coinfusion processing room.
