摘要: In certain embodiments, a vial adaptor for removing liquid contents from a vial comprises a piercing member and a bag. The bag can be contained within the piercing member such that the bag is introduced to the vial when the vial adaptor is coupled with the vial. In some embodiments, the bag expands within the vial as liquid is removed from the vial via the adaptor, thereby regulating pressure within the vial. In other embodiments, a vial comprises a bag for regulating pressure within the vial as liquid is removed therefrom. In some embodiments, a vial adaptor is coupled with the vial. In order to remove the liquid. In some embodiments, as the liquid is removed from the vial via the adaptor, the bag expands within the vial, and in other embodiments, the bag contracts within the vial.

摘要: A system for compounding precise amounts of fluid from one or more source containers into at least one target container is described. The fluid can be drawn from the one or more source containers via an intermediate measuring container such as a syringe pump actuated by a stepper motor or other electronic motor. A system controller can use a measured back EMF value of the motor to determine a pressure within a syringe pump, and control the operation of the motor based at least in part on the determined pressure. The determined pressures of a plurality of syringe pumps can be used to optimize the speed at which the syringe pumps dispense fluid from the source containers while avoiding an overpressure condition which can compromise a compounding process and damage one-way valves within the system.

摘要: A system for dispensing liquid comprising a container body having a top end and a bottom end, the bottom end being closed and the top end configured to open and close, the top end having an electrical controller and a nozzle member, the nozzle member configured to sit on top of the electrical controller, and the bottom end having a charge circuit and an air valve; the electrical controller comprising at least one of a speaker, a button, a display, a battery, a radio frequency transceiver, and a pumper, wherein the electrical controller is configured to connect to a network and wherein the pumper is configured to dispense liquid from the container body out through the nozzle member.

摘要: In certain embodiments, a vial adaptor comprises a housing configured to couple the adaptor with a vial, an access channel, a regulator channel, and a regulator assembly. The access channel is configured to facilitate withdrawal of fluid from the vial when the adaptor is coupled to the vial. The regulator channel is configured to facilitate a flow of a regulating fluid from the regulator assembly to compensate for changes in volume of a medical fluid in the vial. In some embodiments, the regulator assembly includes a flexible member configured to expand and contract in accordance with changes in the volume of the medical fluid in the vial. In some embodiments, the flexible member is substantially free to expand and contract. In some embodiments, the flexible member is not partly or completely located in a rigid enclosure.

摘要: A coinfusion apparatus including a coinfusion operation section; a coinfusion processing room; a supply section; and a transfusion bag retention section. The coinfusion operation section consists of first and second robot arms. The first robot arm retains a medical agent container. The second robot arm performs an operation to insert a syringe needle of a syringe to a mouth section of the medical agent container and an operation to insert the syringe needle of the syringe to a coinfusion mouth of the transfusion bag. The coinfusion processing room holds the coinfusion operation section. The supply section supplies the medical agent container and the syringe into the coinfusion processing room. The transfusion bag retention section retains the transfusion bag at the outer side of the coinfusion processing room and positions the coinfusion mouth of the transfusion bag at the coinfusion communication mouth formed in the coinfusion processing room.
