摘要： An organism paracentesis device comprises a first tube member and a second tube member. The first tube member comprises an injection tube filled with a medicament, a piston and a first syringe needle. The second tube member comprises a sampling tube and a second syringe needle. Both ends of the second syringe needle are in the form of syringe needle. Using one end of the second syringe needle to penetrate a cover of the sampling tube which is vacuumed, such that the second syringe needle's the other end which is penetrating into an organism will extract a sample from the organism because of the vacuumed sampling tube. The medicament filled in the injection tube is ejected both when the first and second syringe needles are penetrating into and pulled out of the organism, so as to avoid the cells of sampled organism being spread to other places.

摘要： There is provided herein a system, device and methods for performing minimally invasive spider vein treatments. In some embodiments an apparatus for eliminating spider veins comprises a dual syringe mechanism that includes a pusher for pushing sclerosant materials into a target vein, and an extractor for extracting debris from a target vein; a needle for application into a target vein; and a Y-connector connecting each exit of the dual syringe mechanism to the needle. In some implementations the apparatus's dual syringe mechanism includes a locking mechanism to enable controlled advancing of the syringe pusher.

摘要： A device is provided to protect the hypodermic needlepoint of a syringe from being dulled as it penetrates through the stopple of a fluid vial for the purpose of filling the syringe with fluid from the vial. Specifically, the device includes a blunt needle that covers the hypodermic needle and that interacts with the syringe to establish relative friction forces between them. Importantly, this friction force is less than the friction force subsequently established between the dull needle and the stopple. Thus, after the hypodermic syringe has been filled, and is withdrawn from the fluid vial, the stronger friction force between the stopple and the dull needle causes the dull needle to remain with the stopple as the hypodermic syringe is removed from the fluid vial.

摘要： A cartridge for a medication dispensing device which includes multiple septums. The cartridge includes a body and an axially shiftable piston in fluid-tight engagement with an interior surface of the body. The first septum covers a dispensing port that opens to an interior hollow of the body at a proximal location. The second septum covers a filling port that opens to the interior hollow. The first septum is arranged to be engaged by a dispensing conduit moving generally perpendicular to the axial direction for fluidly communicating with the interior hollow during a dispensing operation of the device. The second septum is arranged to be engaged by a filling conduit for fluidly communicating with the interior hollow during filling of the cartridge.
