摘要: An oil separator includes a casing that has an inlet for air and an outlet for air, and an impingement member that is provided inside the casing. Air that contains oil is introduced through the inlet into the casing and caused to strike the impingement member so that the oil is separated from the introduced air and is recovered. The outlet opens in the horizontal direction of the casing. The oil separator further includes an L-shaped elbow member that is attached to the outlet. The elbow member protrudes in the horizontal direction from the outlet and is bent upward.

摘要: To control the degradation of the emission performance when starting an engine on a vehicle equipped with an engine for driving a generator, the vehicle comprises a generator, an engine, and a catalyst device, a control unit (PCU) that is configured to execute a power generating operation mode after executing an initial mode to activate the catalyst device by operating an electric heater (EHC) when the generator starts power generation by starting the engine, a connecting passage (EGR passage) that connects mutually an intake passage and an exhaust passage, and an adjusting valve (a throttle valve, an exhaust shutter valve, and an EGR valve) for adjusting a flow rate of the gas in the connecting passage. The control unit performs motoring of the engine in the reverse rotation direction by the generator in the initial mode.

摘要: The invention related to a two-stroke internal combustion engine (1), comprising a crankcase (2), which has an air intake (3), and at least one cylinder (4), which is connected to the crankcase (2) and which, together with a piston (5) arranged therein, defines a combustion chamber (6). The cylinder (4) has at least one air inlet (7), which via an air duct (8) communicates with the crankcase (2), in which a mixture of air and lubricating oil and fuel, if any, is contained. The air duct (8) is connected to the crankcase (2) via a separator (10) for cleaning of air coming from the crankcase (2) from lubricating oil and fuel, if any. The separator (10) has a centrifugal chamber (11), in which the lubricating oil and the fuel, if any, in a circulating motion are thrown outwards to a circumferential wall (12) and thus substantially cleaned air is passed, through a chamber outlet (13), which with respect to said circulating motion is a radially inner outlet, to said air duct (8) to be supplied to the combustion chamber (6) through the air inlet (7).

This blow-by gas treatment device is equipped with a fresh air introduction passage comprising a fresh air introduction hose (16), and, a blow-by gas passage comprising a blow-by gas hose (20), with the fresh air introduction hose (16) connecting a cylinder head cover (4) and the resonator (12). A connector part (15) of the resonator (12) to which the fresh air introduction hose (16) is connected is provided with an orifice (21) formed integral with a lower body (13) formed of a synthetic resin, as a part thereof. Pulsation is effectively reduced by the throttling effect of the orifice (21) and the expansion effect of the resonator (12).

摘要: This invention is intended to prevent carry-over of the liquid phase and solid particles, decrease loss of head, and simplify design in centrifugal separators. The separator comprises a cylindrical body, inlet and outlet pipes aligned with the body and a swirler. The diameter of separation pipes is smaller than the internal diameter of the body; the end of the inlet pipe is expanded against the inlet pipe making a parallel-plate duct inside the cylindrical duct. The swirler is installed in the inlet pipe comprising a cone with its top positioned towards gas-liquid flow. The cylindrical pipe is fixed to the cone base. The flat plates are mounted circumferentially along the internal surface of the inlet pipes located at 25-35° to the cone guide; and between the external diameter of the outlet pipe and the external diameter of the body there is a cylindrical flow damper.

摘要: An oil separator is provided with a case that has an air inlet and a plurality of expansion chambers formed within the case. Air that contains oil is introduced into the case via the inlet and caused to strike a impingement plate to thereby separate the oil from the introduced air and recover the oil. The transverse cross-sectional area of each expansion chamber is greater than the open area of the inlet. Partition walls with orifice holes formed therein are provided between the expansion chambers.

摘要: A four-stroke internal combustion engine is described, with at least one cylinder(9), a crankcase (3) which forms a crankcase pump and is connected via a valve (15, 18) each to an air manifold (16) for fresh air on the one hand and to an intake manifold (17) connecting the crankcase (3) with an intake port (11) of the cylinder (9) on the other hand, and with a reservoir (25) for lubricating oil arranged on a conveying device (26) for lubricating oil, with an oil circulation comprising the crankcase (3) as well as an oil separator (19) provided in the intake manifold (17) and with a device (23) for injecting fuel into the intake manifold (17) or into the combustion chamber (29) of the cylinder (9). In order to provide advantageous constructional conditions it is proposed that the conveying device (26) connected to the reservoir (25) comprises a duct (27) for injecting lubricating oil into the crankcase (3) and that the intake manifold leads to the oil separator (19) by circumventing the reservoir (25).

摘要: A built-in oil-gas separating device includes a secondary oil-gas separator, a main oil-gas separator, an oil-gas barrel, an oil-gas barrel liner, and an oil-gas barrel lid. The secondary oil-gas separator is disposed inside the main oil-gas separator. The oil-gas barrel liner is disposed around the main oil-gas separator. Upper end faces of the secondary oil-gas separator and the main oil-gas separator are sealingly connected to a lower end face of the oil-gas barrel lid. The oil-gas barrel lid has a gas discharging hole located above the secondary oil-gas separator. The gas discharging hole is sealingly connected to a pressure maintenance valve. The compressed air obtained by the double layer filtration structure of the present disclosure can achieve a 40% reduction in oil content as compared with the compressed air obtained by the ordinary single layer filtration structure.
