摘要： A homogenizer for liquid food includes a homogenization device having a gap formed between a seat and a forcer. A pump is configured to provide a pressure for forcing the liquid food through the gap and thereby homogenize the liquid food. The homogenizer includes an accumulator, wherein the pump is connected to the accumulator to accumulate a pressure in the accumulator. A cylinder arrangement is connected to the accumulator and to the homogenization device. The cylinder arrangement includes a piston that is configured to push a volume of the liquid food through the gap. A valve is arranged to release pressure accumulated in the accumulator, such that the released pressure actuates the piston to push the volume of the liquid food through the gap.

摘要： A method for producing a suspension, wherein plant parts are comminuted in portions and mixed with water so that the water and the plant parts form the suspension, and a pomace remaining from the plant parts is separated from the suspension. A device for producing a suspension, the device including a mixing chamber and a mixing element in the mixing chamber for mixing a portion of comminuted plant parts with water so that the water and the plant parts form the suspension, and an outlet on the mixing chamber for letting the suspension out of the mixing chamber so that a pomace remaining from the plant parts is retained in the mixing chamber. In order to accelerate production, the plant parts are mashed to a pulp while the water is pressed at a positive pressure through the pulp and through a filter which retains the pomace.

The device further comprises a removal line coupled downstream to the reservoir with a blocking device for blocking liquid flow through the removal line, and a detection unit for detecting liquid volume in the reservoir and a mixing ratio of the liquids introduced into the reservoir; and a removal device for ejecting the liquid found in the reservoir through an ejection element coupled to the removal line. In addition, the device comprises a control unit which is coupled to the detection unit and the removal device and is set up to start an ejection process by the removal device upon reaching a predetermined liquid volume and a predetermined mixing ratio.

According to such a dilute chemical solution supply device, it is possible to accurately adjust the concentration of the solute of the dilute chemical solution and suppress the discharge of excess water, and the dilute chemical solution supply device is thus suitable for washing of wafers, etc.
