    摘要: A process and system for desalting crude oil includes delivering a stream of salty crude oil and wash water into a mixing valve, mixing the stream of salty crude oil and wash water through the mixing valve to create a mixed stream of desalted crude oil and salty wash water, delivering the mixed stream of desalted crude oil and salty wash water to a static mixer, and mixing the mixed stream of crude oil and wash water in the static mixer. Within the static mixer, the mixed stream is mixed in a coalescing regime to coalesce smaller droplets of water into larger droplets of water. The mixed stream is subjected to an electric field to cause additional coalescence before being directed to a desalter where the salty wash water is separated from the desalted crude oil.

    摘要: A method of removing entrained salt containing water from an inlet crude oil stream includes the steps of applying an electrical energy to at least one electrode of a plurality of horizontally oriented, spaced-apart electrodes (12, 14, 16) housed within an elongated desalting vessel (10) and distributing an inlet crude oil stream between the electrodes. Each electrode in the plurality of electrodes is housed in an upper portion of the desalting vessel and may be in communication with a first, second and third transformer (42, 44, 46), respectively. The electrical energy may be at a single frequency and voltage or at a modulated voltage. Or, the electrical energy may be a modulated frequency at a single or modulated voltage. Fresh water may be mixed with the inlet crude oil stream either exteriorly or interiorly of the vessel.

    摘要: Provided is a dust collector having a high voltage transformer controlled by a printed circuit board (PCB), and more particularly, a dust collector having a high voltage transformer controlled by a PCB, wherein precipitation performance is improved while the high voltage transformer is controllable by the PCB. The dust collector includes a control module and a precipitation filter. The control module includes: a transformer module including a core having a pair of magnetic flux paths formed to contact each other, a second coil unit into which one of the pair of magnetic flux paths is inserted, and a first coil unit having a cylindrical shape to accommodate the second coil unit; a housing having a separated space in which the transformer module is accommodated; a PCB module disposed in another space of the housing; and a separation plate that separates the transformer module and the PCB module from each other.
