    摘要: A method for producing a fork arm (18) for load-carrying devices, said fork comprising a fork blade (5) which is substantially horizontal in the operating position, and a substantially vertical fork back (20) that connects via a fork bend (19) to said fork blade and is provided with connection elements (2, 3) for the conveying device, wherein the fork arm consists of a plurality of parts (1; 2, 4, 8, 9, 11; 18′, 12 to 17) that are connected to one another, at least a number of said parts are welded to one another, and parts (1; 2, 4, 8, 9, 11; 18′, 12 to 17) of the fork arm are welded to one another by electron beam welding and/or laser welding, wherein the weld penetrates planarly with a depth of at least 15 mm between adjoining surfaces of the parts.

The electron beam welding method comprises: forming a first weld bead (3) so as to include a groove (2) provided at the butt portions of two base materials (1), and forming a second weld bead (4) and a third weld bead (5) having a narrower width than the first weld bead (3), at predetermined positions displaced from the groove (2) and centered symmetrically about the butt portions so as to include a portion of the first weld bead (3), using a lower heat input than that used during formation of the first weld bead (3).

    摘要: To provide a turbine rotor which enables mass production with a low-cost apparatus and which capable of suppressing leaning of the rotor shaft after welding to improve the yield, while a turbine blade rotor 12 and the rotor shaft 14 are fit to each other with concave and convex portions 12a and 14a and are permitted to be rotated, laser beam L from a laser beam generating device 30 is applied to a joint face 16 along the circumferential direction to weld the welding portion. Then, laser beam L is polarized to temper a region X on the rotor shaft side containing the welding portion with laser beam L. In contrast to residual stress R1 having a local angular distribution generated during the welding, residual stress R2 is permitted to be generated over the entire circumference by tempering. Leaning of the rotor shaft 14 after cooling is thereby be suppressed.
