    摘要: An embodiment provides a method of producing a component. A rigidity-reinforcing part is formed on a first part, a second part, or a third part adjacent to a point where a preceding weld and a following weld intersect each other. The first part and the second part are coupled to each other by performing the preceding weld in a state of overlapping and a part of a first junction part and a second junction part are pressurized. After performing the preceding weld, the first part, the second part, and the third part are coupled to each other by pressurizing and performing a following weld while overlapping a part of a third junction part with an opposite part of the first junction part and overlapping a remaining part of the third junction part with a cross junction part.

    摘要: A method for fusion welding of one or more steel sheets (1, 2) made of press-hardened steel, preferably manganese-boron steel is disclosed. At least one of the steel sheets has a metallic coating (4) which contains aluminum, and the fusion welding is performed while filler material (11) is being fed into the molten bath (9). In order to improve the hardenability of the weld seam (14), irrespective of whether the steel sheets to be welded together are steel sheets of the same or different material grades and/or steel sheets of different sheet thicknesses, a single laser focal spot (16) with different energy distribution is generated on the molten bath by means of one or more optical elements such that the laser focal spot (16) has a smaller laser focal spot area (16.1) and a larger laser focal spot area (16.2).

    摘要: Provided is a device for assembling a fuel supply pipe of which a joint portion between a pipe body and a short cylindrical member has a high strength and which has high anti-corrosion performance. Specifically, while a laser beam in a defocused state is being emitted to impinge on an end portion of the pipe body that overlaps the short cylindrical member, the pipe body and the short cylindrical member are rotated through one complete turn relative to the laser beam, thereby melting the entire periphery of the end portion. While the laser beam in a defocused state is being emitted to impinge on the melted end portion, the pipe body and the short cylindrical member are rotated through at least one further complete turn, thereby joining by welding the end portion to the outer periphery of the short cylindrical member.
