    摘要： A feeding module includes a slider and a guider. The slider includes two sliding portions, a first connecting portion and four sliding blocks with hydrostatic bearing. Each sliding portion has a first through hole. The first connecting portion is connected to the sliding portions. Two of the sliding blocks are disposed in the first through hole in one of the sliding portions, another two of the sliding blocks are disposed in the first through hole in another one of the sliding portions. Each sliding blocks has a second through hole. The guider includes two cylindrical portions corresponding to the two sliding portions. One of the cylindrical portions penetrates through the second through holes in two of the sliding blocks. Another one of the cylindrical portions penetrates through the second through holes in another two of the sliding blocks.

    摘要： An apparatus and method for picking and placing an object is disclosed. The apparatus includes an elongated frame, first and second carriages slidingly engaged with the frame, first and second connecting rods pivotally engaged with the first carriage at one end and at least a third connecting rod pivotally engaged with the second carriage at one end, and a gripper pivotally and operatively attached to the connecting rods at their other ends. The method of operation includes moving the gripper in a first direction (upwardly) by sliding the first and second carriages away from each other along the frame, moving the gripper in a second direction (laterally), perpendicular to the first direction, by sliding the first and second carriages together along the frame in the same direction, and moving, the gripper in a third direction (downwardly), opposite to the first direction, by sliding the first and second carriages toward each other along the frame.

    摘要： A machine tool for triaxial machining of work pieces with a machine rack. Couplers run on slewable bearings and being adjustable in an X-Y plane. These couplers are joined with a hinge. The machine tool is equipped with a tool carrier arranged at one coupler. The tool carrier is provided with a skid independently movable in X-Y-plane. The machine tool is equipped with independent drives for adjustment of the couplers. The machine tool which distinguishes itself by a simple and compact structure as well as by high stiffness of the coupler system in that at least two couplers (8,9) are run on bearings at two skids (4,5) which are adjustable in rack-proof guides by the aid of one drive each. The guides are mainly arranged in parallel to each other and with the couplers—if viewed in the projection on a X-Y plane—lying between the guides.

    摘要： A multi-spindle machine tool having separately and vertically movable first and second spindle units which are mounted on a main body thereof movable toward and away from a workpiece. A first vertically movable table is supported by a pair of guide rails provided on a frontal surface of the main body opposing to the workpiece. The first vertically movable table can be ascended and descended by a first actuator. A second vertically movable table is supported by a pair of guide rails provided on a frontal surface of the first vertically movable table opposing to the workpiece. The second vertically movable table can be ascended and descended by a second actuator. The first and second spindle units are fixed onto the first and second vertically movable tables respectively. Thus, the area of the first vertically movable table to be supported by the main body can be set to a relatively large value and the rigidity of the first vertically movable table can be kept effectively. Further, the rigidity of the second vertically movable table can also be ensured, thereby making it possible to reliably hold the first and second spindle units and to efficiently carry out various machining processes.
