The disclosure is characterized by the lower forming tool (30) and/or the lower sealing tool (40) comprising a movable forming wall section (32) or a movable sealing seam support section (41a), respectively, in the area of the undercut (26). The disclosure is also related to a corresponding method for producing packagings (21).

    摘要： A method and an apparatus for continuously producing elongated siding panels is disclosed. The apparatus includes a conveyor, a plurality of mold plates, and a die for extruding a sheet of material onto the mold plates. The mold plates are formed of a rigid material and positioned adjacent one another and supported by the conveyor for forming the elongated siding panels. Each of the mold plates has an upper edge portion and a lower edge portion with an intermediate portion therebetween. The intermediate portion has an aesthetic pattern for imparting the pattern to the sheet of material with the adjacent mold plates having different aesthetic patterns. The lower edge portion has a lower leg extending substantially perpendicular from the intermediate portion defining a horizontal plane and a projection portion between the lower edge portion and the intermediate portion extends beyond the horizontal plane for imparting a jagged pattern to the intermediate portion.

    摘要： An undercut for a blow-molded container is provided and may include a top surface, first and second side surfaces, and first and second end surfaces. The side surfaces are connected to the top surface, and the side surfaces may be substantially flat, substantially parallel with one another, and substantially perpendicular with the top surface. The first end surface is connected to the top surface and the side surfaces, and may be positioned at an obtuse angle relative to the top surface. The second end surface is connected to the top surface and side surfaces. The second end surface may include a tip portion and a concave arc portion. The tip portion may be flat and extend from the top surface at an acute angle. The concave arc portion extends from the tip portion and underlies the top surface to form a hook-shaped fastener for attaching an object to the undercut.
