摘要: A blow molding device and method capable of forming a blow molded article having a built-in part with a good yield rate. The blow molding device has a die core, a blow mold, a parison holding unit and a built-in part holding unit. The parison holding unit has parison expanders and a parison outer holding plate. The built-in part holding unit has an airtight guide tube and a holding rod. After a lower end of a parison is expanded with a plurality of parison expanders, and an upper end of the airtight guide tube is inserted in the lower end of the parison, the lower end of the parison is held between the upper end of the airtight guide tube and the parison outer holding plate, and the pre-blowing is carried out. After the built-in part is positioned in an interior space of the parison, and the parison and built-in part are held between the slide cores, the blow mold is closed and blowing is carried out.

摘要: A disinfestation sheet includes a carrier layer with a first and second surface with active pesticidal particles formed therein. The active pesticidal particles contain pesticidal ingredients selected from pyrethroid family or the like. The carrier layer has channels formed therein. The channels form one or more paths between one or more pesticidal particles and at least one of the first and the second surfaces to allow diffusion of the active pesticidal ingredient from the pesticidal particles to at least one of the first and the second surfaces of the carrier layer. The disinfestation sheet may further comprise antioxidant compounds. The disinfestation sheet may also have a base layer attached to the second surface of the carrier layer, an adhesive grip layer attached to the base layer and a support layer attached to the grip layer, where in the support layer is detachable. The carrier layer may also comprise ridges extending outwardly from the second surface. A method of manufacturing a disinfestation sheet comprising the mixing and blow-extrusion of pesticidal and polymer pellets is also defined.

摘要: Disclosed is a method to form arbitrarily shaped, uniform, lightweight, thermally insulating and acoustically absorptive automotive components with controllable density, thickness, porosity, and surface integrity. The method is based on natural cellulosic fibers such as those found in cardboard and paper and uses a thermoplastic fiber and particle slurry to form fusible components. The method produces components having the benefit of commercially available thermoformed fiber mats or open-cell extruded foam components with excellent acoustical properties, enhanced thermal insulation, and are light weight, which limits engine inefficiency, and the high cost of such products so as to allow large scale implementation.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a resin-laminated board by preparing a pair of first and second split molds each of which is provided with a cavity; positioning two sheet materials made of a thermoplastic resin between the first and second split molds with the cavities of the first and second split molds opposed to each other; forming a plurality of recesses by recessing a first sheet material toward a second sheet material with use of a plurality of protrusions provided to the first split mold; and welding bottoms of the recesses to the second sheet material by clamping the pair of first and second split molds to obtain a resin-laminated board with a hollow structure. A mold includes a plurality of piece members, disposed at the cavity of the first split mold; and includes the protrusions and male screws provided to base ends of the protrusions.

摘要: A fuel tank for a motor vehicle, which can be designed as a blow-molded hollow plastics tank, into the interior of which a functional component support is inserted, to which are fastenable functional components, for example a fuel pump, a level indicator or valves, and which is supported on opposite inner sides of the fuel tank wall via at least two strut arrangements spaced apart from each other in a longitudinal direction of the support. The functional component support has at least one compensating portion which is positioned between the two strut arrangements and with which a length compensation between the functional component support and the fuel tank takes place in order to dissipate mechanical component stresses.

摘要: An extrusion nozzle for making tubular preforms has a mandrel extending along a vertical axis, an annular and stationary nozzle body spacedly radially surrounding the mandrel, and a holding ring having an upper end axially slidable in the nozzle body, braced axially downwardly against the nozzle body, and having a lower end spaced radially inward from shiftable limitedly radially relative to the nozzle body. A nozzle ring has an upper end axially slidable in the holding ring, is braced axially downwardly against the nozzle body, and has a radially deflectable lower end forming an annular extrusion gap with the mandrel. A first positioner engages the lower end of nozzle ring and is operable to radially deflect this lower end. A second positioner engages radially with the lower end of the holding ring or with the nozzle ring for radially deflecting same.
