Since the sealing member removing unit is integrally formed at the cap, the sealing member is automatically removed at the time of opening the cap. Accordingly, the sealing member needs not to be additionally removed, and thus a usage convenience is enhanced. Furthermore, under a construction that the outer cap maintains an upwardly moved position from the inner cap by an elastic force, the cap can be opened only by downwardly moving the outer cap with a force more than a certain degree.
