    摘要: An applicator includes: an applying part on a front portion thereof; a removable cap that totally covers the applying part; a sealing element that seals up a front end portion of the applying part when the cap is fitted; and an inner cap provided inside the cap. The inner cap includes an inner cap body and a hinged cap that is joined to the inner cap body and can abut the inner cap body. The hinged cap has a hollow mounting portion. An engaging portion for fixing the hinged cap is formed inside the cap. When the inner cap having the sealing element held between the inner cap body and the mounting portion is fitted into the interior of the cap, the hinged cap is engaged by the engaging portion inside the cap.

    摘要: This application relates to a self-mixing container with a releasable internal vessel and its usage, wherein said self-mixing container comprises a container body, a double-walled external cap and an internal vessel, and through a corresponding production line, assembling of the self-mixing container with a releasable internal vessel will be realized. The invention makes it possible to pack and seal in a cold filling process at least two different materials in one and the same container body respectively. When in use, at least two kinds of materials are mixed and formulated in one and the same container body in a rapid and automatic way, by means of relative movement of the screw-threads by which the container body, the double-walled external cap and the internal vessel are coupled with each other, and engagement of the ratchet and the pawls, without the structure of the container body being damaged, so that initial fresh active components in the materials sealed therein are preserved, and rapid formulation is achieved. Furthermore, the structure is simple, durable and has a low fabrication cost, and it can be used without great effort or time, especially can be used conveniently when carried on, and it can be broadly applied to pharmaceutical, food and beverage, chemical, farm chemical, disinfectants, or fire-fighting equipments field.

    摘要: A child-resistant cap comprises: an inner cap mounted at a vessel inlet of a vessel; an outer cap disposed at an outer circumferential surface of the inner cap so as to perform an idling with the inner cap; a rotation force transmitting portion disposed between the inner cap and the outer cap for transmitting a rotation force of the outer cap to the inner cap only when the outer cap is downwardly moved with a force more than a certain degree; and a sealing member removing unit formed at the inner cap for removing a sealing member sealed at the vessel inlet when the inner cap is detached from the vessel inlet, and storing the removed sealing member in the inner cap. Since the sealing member removing unit is integrally formed at the cap, the sealing member is automatically removed at the time of opening the cap. Accordingly, the sealing member needs not to be additionally removed, and thus a usage convenience is enhanced. Furthermore, under a construction that the outer cap maintains an upwardly moved position from the inner cap by an elastic force, the cap can be opened only by downwardly moving the outer cap with a force more than a certain degree. Accordingly, a child can be more effectively protected.

The closure of a vessel comprises: an inner closure mounted to a vessel inlet of a vessel; an outer closure disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the inner closure so as to perform an idle rotation with respect to the inner closure; a rotation force transmitting portion formed between the inner closure and the outer closure for transmitting a rotation force of the outer closure in an opening direction to the inner closure only when the outer closure is downwardly pressed by force more than a predetermined force; and a protection plate supported by a spacer that maintains a gap between the inner closure and the outer closure by being disposed therebetween, and detachably installed to the outer closure with constituting a part of an upper surface of the outer closure, for allowing the outer closure to perform only an idle rotation with respect to the inner closure in an opening direction, and for transmitting a rotation force of the outer closure to the inner closure when the protection plate is detached from the outer closure and the outer closure is downwardly moved by a force more than a predetermined force from the rotation force transmitting portion.
