摘要： A target assembly for use with firearms which includes an upper housing and a lower housing with a shooting area disposed between. A paper roll of targets is stored on a playout roller in one housing and the paper target can be unrolled, moved through the shooting area, and then rolled onto a takeup roller in the other housing after a particular portion of the paper roll target has been used. A rotation resistor on the playout roller provides counter torque to the paper roll keeping the portion of the roll in the shooting area taught. The target assembly may also include one or more optical devices allowing a user to view the results of a shot without having to leave the shooting position.

摘要： A sheet electrode with a predetermined thickness for an electric double layer capacitor is made by carrying out a roller rolling step in which a long sheet intermediate is made from a material containing a carbonaceous powder, a conductive assistant and a binder and thereafter. The sheet intermediate is passed between a pair of rolling rollers to be wound up by a winding section while being drawn out of a drawing section. The roller rolling step includes drawing the sheet intermediate out of the drawing section under a predetermined tension applied to the sheet intermediate, and controlling a widthwise position of the sheet intermediate immediately before the rolling rollers by an edge position controller, and winding the sheet intermediate rolled by the rollers onto a winding section while the winding section is applying a predetermined pressure to a rolling side drive roller located adjacent to the winding section and rotated at a predetermined speed.

摘要： Two identical handles are configured for insertion into the core of a stretch-wrap roll. A substantially rigid hand grip is forward on each handle so that the hand grips can be grasped in the two hands for position guidance of the stretch-wrap roll. The handle grips can be carried in the gloved hand and can be run free or squeezed for braking control during stretch-wrap film winding. Each handle is molded of synthetic polymer composition material to be sufficiently rigid to provide the necessary support, but the plug inserted into the core is configured and sized to be somewhat resilient to facilitate insertion into and removal from the core.

摘要： A roll paper handling device for use in various recording machines, such as facsimiles and copiers, which employ recording paper in the form of a roll is provided. The present device includes a box in which a roll of paper may be rotatably installed in position which may be moved between an operative position where a lead out paper portion unrolled from the roll may be fed to a desired location and an inoperative position where the roll of paper may be replaced and a locking mechanism which allows the box to be moved to the inoperative position only when said lead out paper portion has been completely pulled back into the box. The locking mechanism is also so structured so as to apply a back tension to the roll of paper thereby allowing to prevent the roll of paper from rotating exceedingly.
