    摘要: A steel sheet shape control method includes, (A) setting a target correction shape of the steel sheet at a position of an electromagnet to a curved shape, (B) measuring a steel sheet shape when electromagnetic correction is performed, (C) calculating the steel sheet shape in a nozzle position based on the steel sheet shape, (D) repeating (B) and (C) by resetting the target correction shape to a curved shape having a smaller amount of warp, (E) when the amount of warp of the steel sheet shape at the position of the nozzle is less than the upper limit value, (F) calculating vibration of the steel sheet at the position of the nozzle, and (G) adjusting a control gain of the electromagnet until amplitude of vibration is less than a second upper limit value when the amplitude of the vibration is equal to or more than the second upper limit value.

    摘要: A device and a method for stabilising a metallic object of magnetic material. The metallic object is transported along a transportation path or plane. The plane includes a transportation direction and is parallel to the longitudinal direction of the object therein. A sensor is arranged to sense the valve of a parameter depending on the position of the object with respect to the plane. An electromagnetic actuator is arranged to apply a magnetic force to the object in respone to the sensed position. The magnetic force has a force component directed transversely to the transportation direction and transversely to the plane.

    摘要: The tension of filamentary material under tension in a process can be measured with improved accuracy. The measurement is effected by the tension measuring device having an elongated, externally insulated housing which substantially surrounds and encompasses a solid, continuous beam cantilever-mounted coaxially with the housing. The beam extends beyond the housing through an opening at the other end of the housing from its mounting to an engagement means for the filamentary material. The beam has at its distal end within the housing two or more target means located in a relationship to each other along different axes in the same plane where the target means are in sensing engagement with a sensing means which extend into the housing from a point of attachment on the housing. The opening of the housing is substantially covered by a shield through which the beam passes and to which there is mounted a strand contacting means. The housing has a gas supply means supplying gas from a source into the housing to move freely and exit through the opening between the shield means and the housing. The sensing means are connected to a conducting means to convey signals to an indicating means. The method of measuring tension during the formation of a plurality of fibers involves forming fibers, gathering fibers on a gathering means which is the engaging means of the tension measuring device, and off-centered winding of the gathered strands.

    摘要: A feeding device in manufacturing which is configured to feed a carrier tape includes a transmission mechanism and a buffering mechanism. The transmission mechanism is configured to receive the carrier tape and transfer the carrier tape to the buffering mechanism. The buffering mechanism includes a slide assembly, a feeder assembly, and an inductor. The slidable feeder assembly is mounted to the slide assembly, and is configured to receive the carrier tape transferred from the transmission mechanism. The slide assembly moves the feeder assembly. The inductor is mounted to one side of the slide assembly, and senses distances from the feeder assembly, to control a feeding speed of the transmission mechanism.
