摘要: A method for preparing a supported olefin polymerization catalyst, comprising: step 1, activating a COF at 0° C.-800° C. for 0.1-48 hours under inert atmosphere or vacuum protection; optionally, step 2, reacting the activated COF with an auxiliary agent in a reaction medium at a temperature of 5° C.-120° C. under inert atmosphere or vacuum protection, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain a solid phase material, wherein the auxiliary agent is selected from a metal alkyl compound, boron halothane, an alkyl aluminum oxide, a modified methyl aluminoxane, a Lewis acid, and a Grignard reagent; and step 3, under inert atmosphere or vacuum protection, reacting the solid phase material with the olefin polymerization catalyst in a reaction medium at −30° C.-150° C., performing solid-liquid separation, and collecting the solid phase material as the supported olefin polymerization catalyst. A supported olefin polymerization catalyst and an application thereof. The supported catalyst can maintain higher catalytic activity for a long time in olefin polymerization.

摘要: An electrode mixture layer composition for a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery contains an active material, water and a binder. The binder contains a crosslinked polymer of a monomer component including an ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer, and a salt thereof. The crosslinked polymer is a polymer that is crosslinked with allyl methacrylate, and an amount of the allyl methacrylate used is 0.1 to 2.0 parts by weight relative to total 100 parts by weight of non-crosslinking monomers, and a content of the crosslinked polymer and salt thereof is 0.5% to 5.0% by weight of the active material.

摘要: A copolymer has low levels of isoprenoid (short chain branching) structures. A process for producing the copolymer having low isoprenoid content involves contacting at least one isoolefin monomer with at least one multiolefin and/or β-pinene monomer in the presence of at least one Lewis acid and at least one initiator in a diluent. The diluent may contain a hydrofluorinated olefin (HFO) comprising at least three carbon atoms and at least three fluorine atoms. Hydrofluorinated olefins used in the present invention are better diluents for butyl slurry cationic polymerization than saturated hydrofluorocarbons. Blends of saturated hydrofluorocarbons (e.g. 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane) with an inert solvent (e.g. methyl chloride) may also be used as diluents.

The enclosed pressure relief system including a slurry separation system communicatively coupled with a pressure relief valve coupled to a loop reactor such that activation of the pressure relief valve results in discharge of a slurry from the loop reactor to the slurry separation system, wherein the slurry separation system is capable of separating solid and liquid components from gas components of the slurry and transmitting the gas components to a flare via a flare header.
