The foamed insulation layer of includes a foam body of the above resin composition.

摘要: The invention relates to a polymer composition based on thermoplastic copolyester elastomer comprising: —from 90% to 70% by weight of the thermoplastic copolyester elastomer containing ester and ether bonds; —from 5% to 25% by weight of one or more saturated esters with a molecular weight between about 200 and 1,000, and preferably between 300 and 380; —from 2 to 10% by weight of expanding additives. This invention also covers a manufactured article obtained by injection moulding a predefined amount of the polymer composition according to this invention, as well as a production process of such polymer composition.

摘要: The present invention is directed towards a method of stabilizing thermosetting foam blends such as polyurethane poly blends containing a blowing agent with negligible (low or zero) ozone-depletion and low GWP based upon unsaturated halogenated hydroolefins in which one or more ester is added to the thermosetting foam blends. The thermosetting foam blends typically in clued: polyol(s); surfactant(s); catalyst(s); flame retardent(s); organic acid inhibitor(s)/stabilizer(s); carbon dioxide generating agent(s). The addition of the one or more esters to the thermosetting foam blends was unexpectedly found to result in blends which were stable over time and the resulted foams have a uniform cell structure with little or no foam collapse.

摘要: The process of foaming a polyolefin, e.g., polyethylene, composition using as a nucleator a combination an azodicarbonamide (ADCA) and a fluororesin at a ADCA: fluororesin weight ratio of 60:40 to 20:80. The synergic effect between these two nucleating agents results in a higher nuclei density and a foamed product with a smaller cell size as compared to processes using and products produced by the use of neat PTFE or neat ADCA alone as the nucleating agent.
