摘要: A steel sheet has a chemical composition containing a predetermined amount of C, Si, Mn, Cu, P, S, Al, and N, and optionally a predetermined amount of one or more selected from the group consisting of Ti, B, Nb, Cr, V, Mo, Ni, As, Sb, Sn, Ta, Ca, Mg, Zn, Co, Zr, and REM, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities; a microstructure comprising, in volume fraction, tempered martensite: 90% or more, retained austenite: 1% to 7%, one or both of bainitic ferrite and fresh martensite: 3% to 9% in total, and ferrite: 0% to 5%, where the retained austenite has a carbon concentration of 0.35% or more; a tensile strength TS of 1470 MPa to 1650 MPa, and a yield strength YS of 1100 MPa or more.

摘要: A galvanized steel sheet includes: a steel sheet having a chemical composition satisfying an equivalent carbon content Ceq of 0.35% or more and less than 0.60%, and a specified steel microstructure; and a galvanized layer on a surface of the steel sheet. The retained austenite has a solute C content of 0.6% or more by mass, and retained austenite grains with an aspect ratio of less than 2.0 constitute 50% or more of all retained austenite grains. In 90-degree bending at a curvature radius/thickness ratio of 4.2 in a rolling (L) direction with respect to an axis extending in a width (C) direction, an L cross section in a 0 to 50 μm region from a surface of the steel sheet on a compression side has a number density of voids of 1000/mm2 or less, and the galvanized steel sheet has a tensile strength of 590 MPa or more.

摘要: To provide a method of producing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet that can stably produce a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet with low iron loss and little variation in iron loss using a tandem mill. Disclosed is a method of producing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet, including: hot rolling; a single cycle of cold rolling, or multiple cycles of cold rolling with intermediate annealing in between; decarburization annealing; and secondary recrystallization annealing, in which annealing preceding final cold rolling is performed with an average cooling rate of 20° C./s or higher in a temperature range from 800° C. to 350° C., and the final cold rolling is performed using a tandem mill, where the steel sheet is heated to a temperature range from 70° C. to 200° C. and then cooled to 60° C. or lower within 10 seconds before being introduced into the first pass of the tandem mill.

摘要: A shock absorbing member which can increase impact absorption energy and also enables thinning of a steel sheet that is a starting material, a method for producing the shock absorbing member, and a method for producing a steel sheet for cold plastic working are provided. The shock absorbing member includes a ridge portion formed in a curved shape as viewed from a longitudinal direction, and a wall portion extending from the ridge portion. In the wall portion, a ratio σ5/τ5 between a tensile stress σ5 when an elongation in a tensile test is 5% and a shear stress τ5 when a shear strain in a shear test is 5√3% is 1.70 or less, or a ratio σ10/τ10 between a tensile stress σ10 when an elongation in a tensile test is 10% and a shear stress τ10 when a shear strain in a shear test is 10√3% is 1.70 or less.
