摘要: A process for concentrating desired particles containing a carrier-magnetic-separation with the following steps, providing a feedstock which contains the desired particles; adding hydrophobic magnetic particles to the feedstock which results in a loaded feedstock containing agglomerates of the magnetic particles and the desired particles or of the magnetic particles and the undesired material; separating the agglomerates from the loaded feedstock by a separation method which results in isolated agglomerates, breaking up the isolated agglomerates to obtain a suspension having magnetic particles in de-agglomerated form; and separating the magnetic particles from the suspension obtained in step d) by a separation method and provided that at least one separation method is a magnetic separation, and where the process has at least one further separation and where the further separation is s sorting, electric separation, screening, classification, gravity concentration, and flotation.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for separating at least one first material from a mixture comprising this at least one first material, at least one second material and at least one third material, which comprises at least the following steps: (A) providing a mixture comprising at least one first material, at least one second material, at least one third material and at least one hydrocarbon in an amount of more than 0.4% by weight, based on the sum of mixture, in the presence or 10 absence of at least one dispersion medium, (B) if appropriate, addition of at least one dispersion medium to the mixture obtained in step (A) in order to obtain a dispersion, (C) treatment of the dispersion from step (A) or (B) with at least one hydrophobic magnetic particle, so that the at least one first material and the at least one magnetic particle agglomerate, (D) separation of the adduct from step (C) from the mixture by application of a magnetic field, (E) if appropriate, dissociation of the adduct which has been separated off in step (D) in order to obtain the at least one first material and the at least one magnetic particle separately.

摘要: A process for extracting fluoride from a solution of high pH comprising more than 0.1 mol of alkaline hydroxide and/or alcoholate per liter dissolved in a polar solvent is described. The polar solvent is chosen from water, lower alcohols, and mixtures thereof. The process is characterized in that the solution liquid is contacted with a solid phase adsorbent chosen from a) alkaline earth salts comprising carbonate anions, oxo anions, sulphate anions, or phosphate anions, and alkaline earth salts comprising a mixture of such anions or a mixture of such anions with hydroxyl anions, and b) cation binding resins loaded with one or more 3-valent cations, chosen from 3-valent cations of Al, Ga, In, Fe, Cr, Sc, Y, La and lanthanoides.
