摘要: A system, method and apparatus for creating an electric glow discharge includes a non-conductive housing having a longitudinal axis, a first opening aligned with the longitudinal axis, and a second opening aligned with the longitudinal axis and opposite the first opening, a first electrically conductive screen disposed proximate to the first opening of the housing and substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, a second electrically conductive screen disposed proximate to the second opening of the housing and substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, wherein the second electrically conductive screen separated from the first electrically conductive screen by a substantially equidistant gap, a non-conductive granular material disposed within the substantially equidistant gap, and the electric glow discharge is created whenever the first electrically conductive screen has a first polarity, the second electrically conductive screen has a second polarity, and an electrically conductive fluid is introduced into the substantially equidistant gap.

摘要: The present invention provides a set of ozone water manufacturing device which can greatly reduce an unpleasant smell of ozone gas when ozone water is used for sterilizing hands and feet, and can save power consumption of a pump which operates for preventing stagnation of a water stream in an electrolytic bath. The ozone water manufacturing device includes an electrolytic bath and a mixer which atomizes air bubbles of the ozone gas in the ozone water flowing out of the electrolytic bath. Each of the electrode assemblies in an electrode unit within the electrolytic bath is inclined at the predetermined same angle in a vertical direction. The mixer includes a mixing case bottom and a mixing case main body. A vortex flow generating plate generates a violent water stream from the water stream within the mixing case main body.

摘要: An efficient electrolysis system for sodium chlorate production may include round or oval cells, reactors, a product pump transfer, a buffer tank, a circulation pump, and explosive clad plate, all of which are connected by way of pipelines. Inlet and the outlet of each cell are separately connected with the reactor via titanium pipes, allowing the electrolyte to recirculate naturally between the cells and the reactors. The outlet of every cell is conical while each reactor includes a standard electrolytic unit with three to eight cells. The electrolytic units are modularly identical and symmetrically linked to the buffer tank. Within each unit, adjacent cells are connected with the explosive clad plates. The buffer tank may be divided into two parts—part A and part B—with part A connecting with the overflow port of the reactor via pipeline, and the part B connecting with the reactor via the circulation pump. Part B is equipped with a refined brine feed pipe on the top, the bottom of part A connects with a product transfer pump (3) via pipeline.

The solid and aperture regions are formed by controlling the actuation of the punch sequence, including by the use of actuated and non-actuated regions along the metal sheet. By way of non-limiting examples, the solid margins facilitate uniform connections to form electrodes, e.g., for use in an electrolytic cell for a water purification system, or electrochemical processes in general, and they facilitate indexing of the expanded metal for downstream processing.
